I tried playing as Chameleon a few times before, it's hard to win as him unless you've mastered all of the Ninja characters.

i thought khameleon was just an error they made while making mk2 & they decided to add a story behind it, but khameleon is Too Good in Mk Armageddon

For some reason Chameleon looks like a ghost version of all the ninjas (well except tremor since he's not in this game).

@aldMM97 hes one of the game makers he says "toasty" sometimes when u do uppercut they put him in mk 9 becuase they were bringing back alot of classics from the old mk games but basically he one of the game makers and its just meant to be funny

@TetsuyaSantos To play as Chameleon select a male ninjA. At the beginning of a fight hold R1,R2,HK,HP,and back until a puff of smoke poofs and Chameleon appears.

Can't really see Chameleon as a playable character in 9 due to how he works, but it'd be pretty cool if they add him in as a mini-boss at some point. But hey, I wouldn't complain if they add him as a playable character either.

Sadly, Ed Boon stated Chameleon will not return to MK 2011, maybe he'll come in the next future game. Because Shinnok, Quan Chi, Raiden, Sonya, Johnny Cage, and Scorpion are still alive at the end of the MK 2011 storyline. This is gonna set up the plot for MK4. So I can see Chameleon returning as a hidden boss.

I wish they'd port this "arcade perfect" for one of the next gen consoles. Preferably PS3 since it has a better d-pad. Also, I know this was never an arcade game, but they could increase the quality to arcade quality or close to it. And also include Khameleon in addition to Chameleon.

@Ragnareich thing is... both Khameleon and Chameleon are broken characters... sure you could say Kabal also is... but at least he doesn't have every male Ninja's ability... Tournament-wise, the Aggressor system also makes things annoying and broken...

wen u choose any of the masked guy ninjas..

hold back/high punch/high kick/block/run

and keep holding it until the match starts..and if it doesn't happen..then do it again with the next kombatant..

Basically, they said he remained hidden in the shadows while watching the events unfold. Nothing really to his story much.

I learnt how to make every ninja Brutality (including female and cyber ninjas and unmasked Sub-Zero). I discovered them all by myself, one by one, punch by kick (it was yesterday :P). And now I know that I'll always finish making a Brutality (or another thing I know). Good video!

Well, you can search in google for "Mortal Kombat Trilogy moves", and you can find how to do it :P.

It's quite simple to unlock him, but is just in the PSX/PC/Saturn versions i think... N64 version is a diferent chameleon.

yes

in the n64 version the secret characters name is khameleon (woman)

and she can do kitanas,mileenas and jades moves. and she almost invisible like chameleon

i love mkt for playstation and n64 too :)

theres a hacked game never played it its called ultimate mortal kombat trilogy. looks cool but cant play it
