Update on YouTube Frozen View Count Problem Dec 2011

For the last 4days no videos have been viewed, yet my total channel views have got 10k and as you say insight says a larger view count on each video than the public view counter. Thought it was just me be glad it's not. Googling brings up this issue alot from a number of years.

My feelings are that the whole situation with the view count thing is pathetic. I've seen tens of thousands of views evaporate into??? I sure hope they have a shred of a soul and restore the lost views.

Strip off that wallpaper and paint the walls. A nice pale yellow would look nice.

@supergooddeal In my channel, all the counts for the new videos under 300 are incrementing, it's the older videos with high view counts that are frozen.
