2. Turning down the heat (which, of course, I have done) only made my flatbread cook slower and made it turn out stiff. I didn't like that. And the darker spots are normal.
3. And yes, I actually prepared all 8 breads before beginning with the cooking. Just for the video, I left the bread to rise up on purpose to show how interesting this looks like while it cooks!

1. Thanks for your work although I don't see the point in the music but well :P Simply not my taste.
2. If you're going to do this you should think about the following things:
- Once the Pan is fully heated turn it down! Else you will burn the bread instead of baking it (good indicator is the burned wheat)
- always prepare 2 breads to throw into the pan once one is ready or else you will not be able to flatten the rest of the dough in time.
3. It tastes really great :)
