If a person uses modern soundfonts to cut corners then what's the purpose of using MP when you can easily use Garage Band or Fruity Loops that has a lot more features to make stuff sound professional and realistic to attract a larger crowd base. :)

@rootbeer543 I know this is an old comment, but it's because you can't see every eleventh column of notes. Whether this is a playback bug or intentional copy-protection is anyone's guess. I'd say it's probably the latter... thief. :P

It was originally a game on Super Nintendo called Mario Paint that also included Mario Paint Composer. The program is a direct copy of the Composer part of that game, so it is called 'Mario Paint Composer'.

I do this because it's fun. I have fun, and so do the other people that make these.

It's completely usable; it's just a bare-bones music program, where you can only change the tempo and sort of mess with the volume. You make the entire song, which is why some people find skill in these songs we arrange.

um... mario paint composer, a downloadable program on the internet. this originally was something that came with the old snes game mario paint.

the program is used to make music, most notably video game music. i made the theme of mr. patch from banjo-tooie.

i hope i helped make things clearer.

Man, I gotta say, this is one of the best Banjo Kazooie MPCs I've ever seen. Not just because it's good, but because it's more complex than most of the "World" songs, and it's not something most people would have thought to use.

It doesn't hurt that you pulled it off masterfully, either. :D

i dont know if its the same on your computer, but i go to the mario paint composer folder, open up prefs, and open up the song you want. at the end of the document will be a number, which is the tempo. just change that to a higher tempo.
