  • great story : }

  • Have now dropped over 15 pounds, and I'm so much more aware and active, my energy level has soared and my conscious is free from both the thoughts of bad toxins being in my body + the thought of an animal having to die, which once I went Vegan I realized was for nothing. We don't need anything from animals, unless you want high cholesterol. Everybody has different health problems, so if you go Vegan make sure to do a lot of research so it's done right and you'll get all your vitamins you need.

  • Amazing. I went raw three days ago.

  • 53? What the heck?! If his hair wasn't grey he would look freakin 33!

  • mygrandfather used to look like this at this age..and he was vegetarian and hard working

  • Very interesting story! He inspires me to go raw again...thank you!

  • I'm raw! But low fat, high carb. My staple is bananas tho.

  • This is one inspiring dude! A real hero. Vegans are awesome!

  • Is there anyone like him in London please contact me. I NEED to build muscle on raw

  • @Rotarrius if you are have problem building muscles on raw foods.. do some fruit juice fasts.. and if you can take an herbal formula for the pancreas.. bowels, kidneys n adrenals

  • Thank you. I am a vegan considering going raw. I think I need this transition too.

  • How do you get vitamin b12? :S

  • This guy is seriously better looking and more built than 99% of people that go to the gym.

  • @bajramovic92 really wat gym you go to?

  • @bajramovic92 I know he is an inspiration to me, great job dude, keep it going!

  • Great endorsement for the raw vegan diet. I could not agree more. I've been raw since 1999 and vegan since 1985. Danny is even more proof positive. My only question is: How tall is Danny? He has ideal genetics/ leverages & structure for aesthetic bodybuilding.

  • It's all true. I'm on the second month of raw vegan and I feel great!!! Lost 27lbs and back to the gym!!! Ppl don't eat processed cpr and and you won't look like it!!!

  • @cartman6606 u lost 27lbs in 2 months??...wats ur post workout?

  • I do think some people do well on a vegan diet, but I personally need meat. Tried the whole raw thing and found I was eating loads of fat, or sugar from fruit. There was very little balance in the diet and I felt out of balance.. only after adding back protein did I start feeling much better.

  • you where my cab driver in vegas bro! that was so chill! member me? i was the kid with the glasses goin to the pyimid hotal ahah i remeber to check this out to ahah

  • wow great vid

  • Does Danny have his own channel? I would love to know more about this great guy.

  • Cool

  • You are an inspiration my friend! Thank you for sharing - this man gave me the courage, and removed my skepticism that vegetarians cannot acquire muscle. Sure it's tougher, but I would rather be healthy and not put all sorts of junk in my body.

  • awesome guy great attitude and some good food info too.

  • uhh raw fruits? now this is me being dumb again but like raw apples?

  • holy shit he is a white cab driver!?!?!?!?!?

  • this guy is a dead set legend!

  • @ELseizure Indeed ! This man is a legend ! [thanks for the interview Markus]

  • great stuff! damn it's soon christmas and can't refuse to eat al the christmas food again...

  • Not sure about raw as recent studies say cooking vegetables (lightly or steaming) releases more nutrients.

I'm sure raw is still healthy but I'm not sure I'm ready for that extreme, even though I'm a long time vegan.

  • What a boss... Really nice guy !

  • What a boss... Really nice guy !

  • That was excellent, he his wealthy because he is healthy, and he can enjoy his life. I have read extensively about the benefits of raw, and have been trying to eat more raw. It is nice to hear that this gentleman also went off the wagon until he made a final decision that he wanted to be really healthy and not sick. I have been raised on cooked food, but when I do eat raw, I feel more focused and have much more energy, I have been aiming for 100%.

  • There are ways to dissolve and flush kidney stones naturally. Great vid, tho - very inspiring.

  • @dw13371 I heard Cider Vinegar is good for disolving them, but don't quote me on that its just some thing I read a few years ago.

  • by eating raw u also save a lot of cooking energy.

  • What a sweet and inspirational guy.

  • The nicest body builder I've seen in my life.

Probably the only nice body builder I've ever seen.

I guess it's the overeating of meat causing the general jerkness ...

  • How does someone on a raw food diet get enough calories per day? What kind of food should they focus on eating?

  • @Wickd004 mostly fruits, dates, bananas, mangos and various other fruit. go high fruits for carbs and energy, then leafy greens for protein. and then some nuts and seeds for fats

  • @Wickd004 mostly fruits, dates, bananas, mangos and various other fruit. go high fruits for carbs and energy, then leafy greens for protein. and then some nuts and seeds for fats

  • But coconut meat DOES have the same protein amounts and is so much a human food with the water having a perfect amounts of electrolytes :) Meat is dead. Don't eat it. Danny you RAWK hard my friend and Markus you really are a VANGUARD, a very sexy vanguard <3

  • Very inspiring, thank you very much and stay focused!

  • Check out Giacomo Marchese. That Guy is RAW VEGAN and he is INSANE!

  • You R doing Great Man!! True Role-model...

  • I hope a lot of carnivores see this video. Animals aren't meant to suffer!

  • I love this guy...great vid, thanks for sharing...

  • Your story was inspirational. What would it take for you to become a competitive body builder?

  • @JonnyLMT

I am currently working on my book, and helping others on line coupled with working 12 hours daily and gym training, I have a bit of a time issue, but you can contact me for any info/help at Dannylee195744@yahoo.com

  • "An urgent biological need," indeed! Listen to your body, your heart, they will tell you the truth.

  • He is actually adorable.

  • good job, high five!

  • what about ftruit! CANT believe your 53 that insane lol. you look way younger.

  • Oh heavens, I love this man! =)

  • Congratulations. Thank you for the video.

  • Very inspiring.thank you.

Hopefully you will make more vids on this topic.good bless.

  • Recently been exposed to the vegan diet for a month now.

  • Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • Ive been vegan for 10 years. Search 'vegan blood tests' and you will see. ;)

  • I have been off and on vegan and vegetarian and a bodybuilder most of my life. I never notice a difference in teh amount of muscle I can build nor the amount I carry based on whether or not I am a vegetarian or vegan at the time. It all has to do with training intensity, your training program, and nutrition. Nutrition comes in many forms, as long as I get enough calories and protein...plants or meat....

  • Ive been vegetarian all my life for the past 24yrs. Recently been exposed to the vegan diet for a month now. Im very passionate about the new lifestyle, but I wanna become RAW VEGAN BODYBUILDER, can someone help me who's already there now?

  • @mistermeka: hey dude your best bet i nuts and pulses; a great source of protein is almond milk; you can make it yourself just blend almonds with water and have it with cereal;make sure you get your carbs also and lots of fruit. almond milk nuts bannanas and hemp in a shake together after a work out is good also. when you start body building and go to the gym don't tell anyone your a vegan because they will start their usual biased views and alienate you;good luck!!

  • he looks really good for his age...............he does not look 53

  • Train every day and show the world then.

  • This video is SO spot on!!!

  • i think this cab driver just convinced a conventional powerlifter/bodybuilder...

  • But he would be stronger on meat. But still eating that much meat means little sense to me, cant i get to shape without all the green and without all the meat, cant it be a decent home food mixture?

  • Thank you for posting this, I now have inspiration.

  • He is 53!!!!

  • ur amazing

  • Im a vegan body builder also! its a myth you need to eat 'meat' and animal products to get big. When I tell people i'm vegan for some weird reason they are shocked and find it weird that I have managed to put on size. Nuts lentils hemp pulses soya are high in protein. I would recommend this life style to anyone as 'dead flesh' is rather off putting as well as treating another sentient beings like garbage. stay well.

  • @TAryn27able

i will be VEGAN next month and i hope i can gain weight *5'7 131 lbs*.

Seems almost impossible since I cant even gain weight while ive been eating meat all the time.

  • @FLYINHAWAIIAN37 every dollar worth of dry lentils, beans, pasta, rice, or peanuts, gives you more protein and calories than a dollar spent on meat. I find from experience that cooked food veganism can be a great way to get bigger fast. To gain weight, be sure to include enriched pasta/bread or parboiled rice, instead of whole grains.

  • @TAryn27able Of course it's a myth. People have to work out to get big lol, along w/ eating enough.

  • Very inspirational

  • rlly inspiring ...Good job man

  • Well I just think this man is inspiring. He could just go buy cheap mcdonalds and live off that, but he puts his money on this! Right on. Raw veganism inspires me, one day I will fully be there.

  • @1073kat Don´t be afraid of doing it. After i see this he-man xD i get so inspired (i was vegan) that i jump on it. In my experience the best way to get clean fast is to eat fruits and vegs and leafs (albaca is a really good plant to clean your body) After get clean (you get real skinny xD) you will star to build muscle. I even build muscle from just fruits xD, but to get that big i think you need some nuts, specially peanut. I try all, almonds, walnuts, and peanuts i think is the best

  • Aw what a beautiful soul. Being humble is very attractive...never lose that. You look great and awesome info about how we can be vegan and have muscle without steroids etc......

  • @abstracteyez He gave all the info. Have faith !! Fruits, and leaf for cleaning the body. You probably will get mad at some desintoxication fellings. After the hell comes the heaven. See what this bodybuilder is eating and do it. You can go wrong, is the simple thing in the world. Wash your fruits and vegs and eat them !! xD

  • listen, I'm all for eating healthy but as a medical student who just finished his oncology exam I find your claim that "there are documentation that many patients with terminal cancer have been cured with this diet" blatantly outrageous. Unless you can provide a scientific reference backing up this claim (which I highly doubt) I suggest you don't mislead people by giving them false hopes with your exaggerations. That aside, I do give you credit for bodybuilding and eating that strict :)

  • @specthegod

Start by reading "The China Study", undertaken by Cornell University involving over 7,000 people with the same results over and over. Then there's my own father who had agressive prostate cancer- PSA was over 400. Within 30 days his PSA was zero. No more cancer. Google Gershon clinic. I can go on.

  • @MarkusRothkranz yea, beside here in chile not even full raw but mostly have enourmosly reduce cancer. Egg, milk and meat are the real cancer!!! If something im sure is that modern nutrition standars are just made up for the pharmaceutic industrie to hace shit to sell!!

Go RAw!!!!! From Chile , the best way to clean your body fast and to lose the toxic xD fruit fruit and more fruit xD jaja.

  • Very inspirational.

You've made my mind up on going raw... and i'm going for it!!

  • @MarkusRothkranz

In 1947, the National Cancer Institute reviewed 10 cases selected by Dr. Gerson and found his report unconvincing. That same year, a committee appointed by the New York County Medical Society reviewed records of 86 patients, examined 10 patients, and found no scientific evidence that the Gerson method had value in the treatment of cancer.

  • @MarkusRothkranz Go to community. myprotein. com/ supplements-formulas/28421-before-bed-milk-protein-smooth-micellar-casein-causing-cancer.html

  • @MarkusRothkranz Raw food is the way to go, gluten and dairy and sugar is why people are miserable overweight and full of Toxins and allergies great Vid!! People are just stubborn and ignorant, dont waste your time with trying to educate them about health and nutrition, let them die, less morons on earth!!

  • @MarkusRothkranz Also Hemp seeds are a great source of protein! has great Omega 3 fats very important!! I cured My uncle of caner with no drugs and no chemo, RAW FOODS and Sachi Inca Oil KILLS CANCER CELLS!!! Peace and Love man!

  • @MarkusRothkranz GODBLESS YOU, THANK YOU!!!

  • @MarkusRothkranz Coral and seaweed has more absorbable calcium then the poisonous Toxic animal milk!!

  • @MarkusRothkranz Hey I was really surprised wen you said theres as much usable protein in an avocado as a one pond steak. But when I looked up nutrition facts for an avocado it said 0 grams of protein. Can you tell me a little more. Thanks a lot

  • @JakeMan06 protein is made of amino acids, and all living things have amino acids

  • @MarkusRothkranz although i'm a little skeptical about the raw part, i mean cooking removes a lot of the bacteria and any other infectious agents that could be on the food, so wouldn't there be a high chance of food poisoning?

  • @Hongers1 only in meat but if your vegan you dont eat meat or drink milk or eat eggs

  • @MarkusRothkranz

I would recommend the forks over knives documentary on my page

  • @kmjansen83 I am going to a group viewing and discussion of Fork Over Knives tomorrow night in Vancouver. I am looking forward to it. I am convinced animal products detract from optimal health. However from the studies I have read omega 3 fatty acids from fish oil, specifically DHA is essential for many aspects of health, particularly the nervous system and brain. However DHA is now available from Algae. The frontal lobes of the brain need DHA to function optimally.

  • @MarkusRothkranz Markus you're legend mate :) Keep it up!

  • @specthegod many people indeed cured cancer eating raw vegetable and fruit...modern medicine is doing nothing to help mankind, they only know how to remove a part of human body, thats infected by bad life habits and bad genes...read a little bit more, you will see and hear about many cases of human body getting better when it was almost impossible...

  • @specthegod look up the documentary "food matters" and "fat sick and nearly dead"

  • @specthegod MEDICAL SCHOOL IS RUN BY BIG PHARMA = MISINFORMATION

  • @specthegod

For the record.... I was given 5 years to live by 2 different doctors - due to breast cancer (Lymph nodes). I went on Raw foods and then Juicing and I healed myself. Today I am breast cancer free! There are tons of really good doctors who know this (raw foods heal) please don't just depend on the MD training. Dr. AzRa MaEl has a video say just this. Good luck- please check it out.

  • @specthegod If you ask yourself the question "Who is the competition against the medical community?" It would be a video such as this. Raw, Organic Food. Think about it, when was the last time a disease was ever fully cured, and i mean "Fully Cured". Think back. Jonas Salk...Polio? What happened to the polio business once the cure was announced? It literally bankrupted over night...

  • I feel that someone should tell him he should try to be in a bodybuilding competition. I think he'd do great and he could make a little more money to support his raw food diet more as well as become a spokesperson for raw food diets :)

  • specthegod, it's not really strict, to eat "healthy" anyone's diet could be seen as 'strict' & why is eating McDy's & fast food everyday not seen as highly unhealthy?

Ruth Heidrich, Senior Fitness, bone/lung/breast cancer cells staying dormant due to a high carb low fat raw vegan diet

  • @specthegod I suggest you take the time to learn much more about alternative methods. After over 15 yrs of learning about diet, energy healing, power of mind and prayer, I can tell you there are countless people healed of cancer with so many methods that the mainstream medical fields scoffs at. Being a medical student does NOT make you an expert in healing, it makes you mostly a legal drug pusher and someone that steers people to all kinds of unnec. surgeries...go learn about real healing.

  • @specthegod You can find videos here on YouTube of people who have cured cancer or diseases from a raw diet.

  • @specthegod Watch The Gerson Miracle.

  • @specthegod I'm no expert, but how can we disagree with these claims when we do not even understand cancer %100? I'm not looking to cause any problems, I'm simply curious.

  • @specthegod Patients undergoing chemotherapy have a 2% survival rate. Maybe YOU should stop giving your patients false hope.

  • @specthegod

not all you read at medical school is accurate obviously! Read an acquaintance's story, Janet, Google rawcancure She cured terminal carcinoma breast cancer through a raw food diet. This is just one personal story that I know of, there's more out there!

  • @specthegod A lot of information is surpressed in the medical industry.

  • @specthegod Check out a documentary called Forks over Knives it throughly discusses the whole China study.

  • @specthegod One day you'll stop being a "student", reading what you're spoon fed by the narrow thinking of "med schools" (receiving funding by pharmaceutical companies) and start "LISTENING" to people who have been there &read studies outside the conventional medicine brain washing. If you're becoming a doctor to attack symptoms, stay with your thinking. However, if you're becoming a doctor to help people achieve health, you need to understand that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

  • @specthegod Hi, I have a great apreciate for science, and did my undergrad in science. Since than I have tried several vocations, one I have stayed with is a professional counselor ( I took more courses for this) through this I have met people who have healed their cancer, three women, both ate and still do raw food. However they also examined many of their personal issues, such as early childhood traumas, hence they saw me. I think there is an emotional aspect to cancer also.

  • I am working up courage to go raw, I am already vegan. I eating about 50 % now but I have been told to cook lightly greens to release the iron. Also I am a but worried about raw potatoes, and sweet potatoes as i read they can be toxic ???

  • look good

  • Im surprised that you maintain your muscle with that diet. Look good though

  • That is Fucking Awesome!!!!!!!!!

  • amazing..

  • looks great at 53 but boy is he down on him self...I'm only a cabbie, I'm only a cabbie

  • raw potatoes actually taste alright - a bit tough but in fine strips i guess

  • Seems part of the problem is when people "go off the Wagon" they eat stuff like pizza and other foods that are not considered optimal even within the cooked foods realm. Like a piece of steamed fish vs a piece of barbequed meat, a bit of a difference. Seems to me a part of being Vegan of Vegetarian is not just the physical benefits as it is the consciousness benefits as well as compassion for animals, thats why I do it. Because physically I feel great on meat, but emotionally is another story.

  • Bless you. Vegan power!

  • Love this video I would love to meet this guy

  • I think this is amazing but I have to say, I followed a vegan diet for many years and raw for about half a year. At first I felt great but my health slowly declined. I had an extremely EXTREMELY varied diet, zero processed food. I did everything right. But I don't know what happened. I slowly added organic grass fed meats and dairy and wild fish into my diet and I am much healthier today than I was during my veganism. Maybe this diet is not for everyone. Leaving veganism helped me tremendously.

  • @tbsosnj

That's why I wrote the book "HEal Yourself 101" listing the top 20 mistakes most raw foodists make. Most people go into this not knowing "the rules" so to speak, they just kind of make it up as they go. This is truly the most natural diet. No other life form on the planet cooks its food. We are the only ones- and we are the ones that have the most health issues. There are just some common guidelines to follow, since we have lost touch with nature.

  • @MarkusRothkranz tell me im confused how can plant's be Amino acid's and stuff be protein??

all bodybuilders have to have protiein dont they

how do your muscles grow if you wanna grow muscles dont you??

what do vegans and veggy's use to build muscle then?? tell me ??

what is the protein food ??

i know veggy;s use soy and whey protein

  • @italianoval

Protein is made from amino acids.

Whey is not healthy- it is made from dairy and causes mucus and congestion

This is all xplained in the 3 dvd set raw vegan muscle available at HealthyMuscleDVD com

  • MarkusRothkranz plz give me some advice

im a vegetarian and i can never be a Vegan as im a HAre Krishna devotee , plz dont crtisize but i believe and my religion MILK is our Mother's nature source !!

thats why we worship the COW as a SACRED animal

im not here to debate the rights and wrongs of being a VEGAN

but if ur saying WHEY is BAD then what can a veggy or a VEGAN use ??

as MEAT like CHicken and fish had all the amino acids to build muscle or am i wrong ??

and WHEY does have amino acids

  • @italianoval There are many issues with whey especially when it is produced from cows fed hormones and antibiotics. I would suggest rice protein or pea protein if you absolutely need powdered protein. But I am sure Mark would agree that powdered protein is not essential. Find your protein through plant sources (raw spanish peanuts for example).

Oh and as a vegan I think I should remind you: milk is liquid meat. And yes cow's milk is mother's nature source, but only for calves.

  • @italianoval all the veggy and vegan products i checked are very low in AMINO ACIDS compared to FISH and EGG whites or WHEY like u critisize so plz help me

    thank you

i wanna build muscle and ive given up meat for a year

but tempted as im not gaining any muscle

  • @italianoval

There are many misconceptions out there. That's why I created the RAW VEGAN MUSCLE DVD set (HealthyMuscleDVD com) All living things have amino acids. Gorillas are 5X stronger than humans and they don't eat meat or whey or eggs. There are raw vegan all natural sources out there that pound for pound are more efficient sources than animal sources. No ammonia poisoning. No kidneys being shredded to bits by uric acid crystals. No heart disease. No cholesterol problems.

  • @italianoval Spirulina is the most protein dense food in the world, I believe pound for pound.

  • @tbsosnj You say your health declined when you became Vegan.. in what capacity?..just curious..

  • YOUR MUSCLES NEED PROTIEN

  • @williepie

You are right! protein is made from amino acids and plants have amino acids, otherwise gorillas, elephants, rhinos and hippos would never be the most powerful creatures on the planet

  • @MarkusRothkranz you're right. Horses do all right for muscle and they don't eat meat. What are the benefits of the enzymes you say are destroyed by cooking?

  • @MarkusRothkranz that's nonsense... every species has a limitant molllecules in their phisiology and they compensate them through different ways (i.e. cows with microbia in their rumen). Just don't compare a rhino (herbivore) with a human (omnivore). Our digestive tract, metabolic routes and other issues are quite different. I can agree with a vegan diet, but let's speak with criteria. When you design a diet for a cow you must control the limitant aminoacids because you can cause hipovitaminosis

  • @williepie ur body needs amino acids, ur body breaks down protein into amino acids, which then is used for the body

  • hi, im been raw abou 4 months and is absolutly another life. THe transition (desintoxication) is awfull XD, but the price is HUGE!!. im also bodybuilding and eating raw soaked peanut xD. Dude fruit contain aminoacid, you can build protein from just fruit. Green leaf are not for protein like some raw foodist says but for cleaning the body. THis video was truly an inspiration to me. I eat my peanut with avocado, or with orange juice and kiwis xD, also with banana taste great!! xD

  • incredible

  • What an amazing man :)

  • listened to him for the nth time and still such a warm impression. Don't know him personaly, but the man just shines with light)

  • did he soak the peanuts first?? dont they have enzyme inhibitors also??

  • He says everything I wanted to say.

  • Wow - he's living the life of a saint. Needs nothing, and is completely happy & fulfilled. All that, and he's totally jacked.

I wanna be like this guy.

  • Awesome story.

  • this guy seems like a sweetheart!

  • Danny is a great inspiration , great video!!!!!!!!

  • Brother

You need to do a Blog. (Blogger)

You can make money with it, Adsense, Google, and sponsor links.

You can do weekly diet tips and workout ideas, and your lifestyle.

There is a market for this, and its through people like you thta people can live longer and be healthier.

  • O-o 53?! whoa..... awesome owo

  • I can tell you are a good man by the way you treat your dog...You are in fantastic shape.

  • whoaa He looks very good for 53 yrs old. Thank you for the video.

  • Guys if we want to live this is how we have to eat. That' how we were designed to eat. We need to forget about these insane styles of eating fast food and "dead" foods. It needs to go!

  • The big guy is 53 wow, he only looks 35/40 at the most, great information for all!!! I have followed Markus diet/raw food for over a year, and feel amazing, totally raw vegan, and I loved meat, but dont miss any of the dead food I used to consume.

    Thank you and gratitude Markus.

  • Nori wraps with simple salad foods inside. Tasts like a tuna salad sandwich. I read that seaweed has 20% protein in it, fantastic who ever said raw foods don't provide you with enough protein.

  • that's one big muscly cab driver you dont want to pick a mess with

  • Markus is so inspiring. My sister and I have been vegetarians off and on for a few years. We recently went vegan and our goal is to go 100% raw although we are finding it very hard since we both love to cook. We need to see Markus in person. Any idea where we can find his appearance schedule? We live in PA and plan on going to the veggie fest here in July. Was hoping he would be there but he's not:0(

  • @leapordprint1

keep checking BeautifyLife com He'll be in Toronto next week

  • Wonderful!!! I thought you weren't supposed to eat raw potatoes though?????? Anyone have any info?

  • @enoch1844

Too much of anything isn't really good (too much water is called drowing). But the potato thing has gotten almost into urban myth proportions. Yes its true that unhealthy people can be affected by it, leading to arthritis-type symptoms, but raw potatoes were one of the leading AIDS remedies before the drug administration stepped in and tried to corner the market. Raw potatoes have powerful healing qualities. But stay balanced. You can't live off any one thing.

  • @enoch1844 - My Naturopathic doc told me the only way to eat potatoes is raw. When you cook potatoes they become acrylamide which is a carcinogenic. There's an excellent article about it on raw food life. Do a Google search for "WHO_acrylamide020625/".

  • @LadyChiefRider Thanks! Found it. Very interesting. I am about 70-90% raw depending on how busy I am and mostly what I cook is oatmeal and a few veggies... potatoes, beets, etc... and I just steam those. "Acrylamide can’t be detected in unheated and boiled foods, because the minimum temperature to create acrylamide is 120 degrees centigrade, 248 degree Fahrenheit. (boiling occurs at 100° C, 212° F) "

  • his house would cost a lot in London uk LOL his only poor in his country in uk London that HOUSE IS very BIG

  • Thank you so much. I really appreciate all of the raw food information available on youtube now! You are an inspiration. I would be happy to have the same muscle mass you have and eat raw. I am sick and sick and sick and tired and so tired of meat, cheese and the rat race at the gym. Many of the guys at the gym are mostly puffy. I am learning to live the raw nature lifestyle (thinking more like an animal in conservation of energy chi etc). It is refreshing and peaceful. God bless.

  • I'm a vegan and I recently had my blood tested, all my vitamin levels such as iron, b12 and so on are normal and I don't take any supplements. We are conditioned to think that meat and dairy are an absolute necessity for our diets because it supports the economy/capitalism.

  • @afx777

Thank you ! We need more people like you to provide proof. This is so valuable to inspire the fearful masses. Thank you

  • God Bless you!! I have been raw since 1996. Thanks for being REAL!!!
