For the love of God...if Dave can make peace with Madonna, surely Sarah Palin has enough decency and humanity to go on his show and give him a fair hearing. I mean, she surely owes THAT contribution at the VERY least to the posterity of the world of Comedy. She can't expect her hairdo and IQ to be her only contributions to the legacy of that fine institution, can she?

If someone had said that Letterman's son Harry is so ugly that they have to tie a pork chop around his neck to get the dogs to play with him. Would people be outraged? Would David be outraged? Of course they would. So why does Letterman trash Sarah Palin's children? They have not been a candidate for any political office.
