your supposed to get your belt lower than the opponents and than stand up so hes on your back/hip the point of the throw it to get the opponent off balance and throw him because its hard to throw the person when they are still flat-footed with their feet on the ground.
I screwed up my neck (and thus back) being thrown by this one recently... but the person throwing went much lower, as we were taught to do so. Of course I tucked in my chin and did everything properly, but the tori didn't finish properly :S... Fortunately I was on a crash mat. So I would like to warn anyone who might do this who has not done it before or in a while to be careful, because this throw can kill... easily :S.
It is one of the most dangerous, and I'd rather be thrown kata garuma by a giant than risk my neck (haha :D) again with this one. So use a crash mat (gymnastics mat) and preferably a smaller, lighter person... Practice uchi komi first... and have supervision :S.... DANGEROUS!!!

er, good effort, but your missing the concept of the throw
when you pull/lift, the uke is still flat footed, and you back into him rather that lifting/pulling him to your hips
you also compartmentalize the throw, it looks like judo by numbers
your spirit is great, technique needs help

@reprezents this video is for our judo students to see how the throw is built up.
