  • song?

  • "JD comes and saves the day :)" nice :3

  • Man this is a good episode

  • what is the sad scene where that patient is leaving the hospital ( the one with rabies) but then i think its cox and dorian. they let her stay for a while longer. and there is also a scene where something happens to her ( but dorian didnt say anything about her depression)

  • I LOVE JD's smile at the end <3

  • Dr. Cox: You don't drink scotch...

J.D: bleeaah *spits back into cup*... that's awful

  • dr cox is the best one! i love this episode, cause he is so sad and i could cry, when he leaves the hospital, after the patients died!

  • one of the few scenes in all of the seasons when dr cox calls him J.D!

  • best moment ever

  • I don't even remember how the scene started (I know three patients died from rabies but not why he was responsible) and it still made me cry. I love Dr.Cox

  • @naomislittleworld Something involving transplanting 3 diseased organs from one patient on to 3 separate people.. and apparently it really happened somewhere in Atlanta

  • @jinxcrusader what happened was all those people needed a transplant and organs were found....problem is the woman had rabies and they didnt check for it. the sick people got rabies, died, and coxy blamed himself for it.

  • @AnvilMAn603 well, the first three people wasn't the worst part.

Just when cox was starting to get over the first three (Thanks to JD), they got paged again, and a fourth person was in trouble.

Eventually, the 4th guy died too, and that was the final drop. Cuz unlike the other three people who needed organs ASAP, the fourth guy could've waited another month for a new kidney.

  • @naomislittleworld one of the patients who was like elliot but extremely annoying died from rabies but everyone thought it was a drug over dose. 3 patients were gonna die without organs and the one patient who died from rabies had the organs those 3 patients needed. So dr. cox made a move but unfortunately it back fired, killing those 3 patients and making him emotionally unstable.

  • "Thats awful"

    XDDDDD

  • But one question...why is J.D not sitting next to them? he is like an outsider in this scene...I dont get it ._.

  • Perhaps he feels he has done enough

  • @LIXLOW Maybe they were setting the scene up so that when Dr. Cox talked to him it was their own moment without everyone else involved in it.

  • Beautiful!! God i love this series, it´s so hilarious but still so wonderful & inspirin. :)

Love this whole scene, but the best part is the way the janitor nods and Dr. Kelso shakes his hand. <3

  • best thing in the world, scrubs. i wish all people could be like these..

sometimes, before i die, then i find piece

  • I like how he calls him JD instead of newbie or a girl's name

  • Something Else by Gary Jules

  • I think its nice that JD helps cox for a change :) and its nice when he says thank you

  • okay for the record i didnt cause i understand that not everyone know every sports player in history

  • look jb up

  • 1:21 he looks totally like Dan :P

  • o God..so beutiful

  • aw this is so heart warming i love it so much <3

  • I think the thing that really made the moment is when he actually used the name "JD" when he said thank you. For some reason it was just really heart-warming.

  • right,

    he didn't call him a girl's name; that's a pretty big deal

  • that is the first time ive ever heard dr. cox call jd, jd.its so weird.

  • The "that's the kind of doctor I wanna be" - thing always gets me.... :´(

  • yeah ! me too !!

  • Is this the only time in the series that Cox calls him by his real name?

  • actually no

  • i think theres two or three

  • Ya, like the first episode

  • probably one of the best scrubs ever. there is humor and emotion and that what made it so good

  • i love this scene

  • I was the bearded dominos employee you invited in because i said i was a fan of Jerome Bettis...who ever the hell that is. lol shows how much JD likes sports

  • whats the song

  • something else - gary jules

  • Cox and JD. awesome partners.

  • favourite episode love cox and jd

  • quite possibly my favorite scrubs scene... "you don't drink scotch" "thats awful."

  • luv the show

    hate the moment

what can you do to help save lives?

no im just kidding! great vid!

  • This and the episode before are the best episodes in the entire series. It has got kind of a realistic feeling that many of the other episode lacks.

  • Absolutely agreed. This and the scene when Cox snaps are the most emotional scenes in the series...

  • hey I've been looking for this clip EVERYWHERE, thank you so much

  • This episode is brilliant, great how they manage to make it sad but still sometimes funny

  • I love this show and everyone in it

  • wtf its my fallen idol not angel sry if somebody already said it

  • Best episode ever.

The way this shows hops between humor and hurt astounds me. It really is a great achievement in television.

  • My favorite episode ever, my second favorite scene ever. It even made my sister cry.

  • scrubs rules i like how they make sad scene but can still add humour to it

  • reli sad =[ i like to see emotion in a comedy show once in a while =] ell tha thappens in scrubs alot, but this was reli sad, which is why its one of my favorite episodes, because i was scared to my witts that cox was gonna leave ;o

also, mabye my computers fucking up , but did cox jus call jd something other than a girls name :O

  • i love this episode

  • whats the song playing?

  • Gary Jules - Something Else thats the song playing in this clip

  • tnx

  • you do know the name of this episode was actually My Fallen Idol not my Fallen angel

  • Aw , he actually called him JD!

    Such A good scene =]

  • aside from the scrubs comedy: this really show how much dr cox respects jd and his opinion, despite all his rants and girls names etc

  • Great clip

  • Double agreed. These scenes show why Scrubs has both heart and backbone.

  • Agreed. One of my favorites

  • Just to let you know, the name of this episode is "My Fallen Idol." Kudos on the video though, this is one of the best moments of the fifth season.
