Thanks for the comments..just on the timing, this video was recorded on an analog camera and the file converted to digital. It often happens with the conversion that the quality of the sound and picture is affected. In some cases, like this one, it even affects the timing....

Really like the guitarist, bassist and keys ... but the drummer's time is all over the place. Not bashing here, just trying to give constructive criticism ... get your drummer to practice with a metronome ... eventually it will become second-nature to him. Gotta keep that time in the pocket, with that you guys would be great. Keep workin at it!
