i wouldnt be able to play anything evil on this. everything i played would end up sounding way too happy just because every time i would go to step on it i would look at it and start laughing!
Please, don't think me rude, but there isn't much hiss in this thing in real life. Hit it with some humbuckers and it gets nice and thick. I actually have a video up of mine (you can see my foot and my classic 30 on the screenshot).
watching all these pgs videos pretty much make me not want to spend a single cent for all the common gear at guitar center, or a local guitar shop. though all these pedals are way more expensive though, great tone but only can afford one damn pedal XD haha
IN THE LIIIIIGGGHHHHTT!!! yoou will fiiindd the rooaad! :D
one of the heaviest riffs ever. only Jimmy Page can let you feel a riff in your gut like that. not metal players with chunky craploads of distortion, not Slash, not Van Halen, not anyone but Page. FEEL THE PRESENCE. (Zep-pun intended.)
Not quite. "Howl" is Volume, "Scream" is Tone, and "Growl" is Distortion. The tone control actually boosts treble turned clockwise and boosts bass turned counter clockwise. The Anger switch effects the midrange, boosting or cutting it. The fourth position on the switch disengages the tone control altogether and gives you a slight volume boost.
true bypass means when you turn the pedal off, it is completely off. pedals like BOSS are still on when bypassed, or turned off. this means your signal loses some tone when run through that pedal, thus "coloring" your tone. hope this helps.
i know what is true bypass, but really? boss is not true bypass? i thaught they were....i will never buy boss(why then are they so popular?)...i'm lucky to have my digitech...
True bypass means that it switches the signal path from going through the effect to straight through, unaffected. It connects the input jack directly to the output jack.
Tone bypass simply bypasses the EQ tone settings on the pedal, so the true guitar's tone is heard, not watered down by the pedal's settings. (99% sure)
Nice The Good Life cover Andy! But wow that thing has a super fat tone, when you switched the tone bypass on the LP it practically turned into a wall of sound in my earphones. Great stuff!
Check out Matt Bellamy of Muse, he's one of the main guitarists who brought the Fuzz Factory pedal into the limelight. Check out the song Plug In Baby, its one of their more well known singles where he prominently uses the Fuzz Factory pedal.

PrsFenderJackson1980 2 years ago
Not quite. "Howl" is Volume, "Scream" is Tone, and "Growl" is Distortion. The tone control actually boosts treble turned clockwise and boosts bass turned counter clockwise. it's useful in studio, but in liv" conditions it is not a good idea yes, because of the impedance changes (as Pete CORNISH stated)
