and a person gets a halo for doing the right thing and becoming a good human, not for just being happy and gratefull....else even the most selfish person could have a halo.

btw, dont forget only the body dies...and everyone dies, so you can moan...but it will only destroy your innerself, the people you love are always with you, no matter what.

but then again, everyone has its own perspective :)

Hi, you look great in this video and I really like how your message is coming across. You seem to be in a great mood and it shows in this video. I'll work on developing a halo. It seems my greatest self is happy alone without others around to dim the glow of my halo. I'm always grateful when I get through a day without dealing with irate difficult people. Washing dishes or shoveling snow is a joy if the alternative is a sour puss.

Alkistis I love your videos but I have trouble with the sound. It's always a little bit low. I thought it was my pc problem but I tried elsewhere and got the same volume. Anyway... keep doing them you are great!!!!!!!!

In a way I agree Happiness and gratitude is the way forward but I am not sure one can be truly be happy and grateful untill one has some sense of control over ones life. Love your Halo,but I like the canvas more.
