So glad this video was still up! I have been looking for info on canning fish. I have trout to can and will be using these instructions except my canning book says 100 mins. Thanks so much for doing video it is very helpful.

Fantastic recipe, it worked out very well and the kids absolutely love it but, why do you dry the salmon using newspaper before putting into the jars?

@Monst780 No reason other than it replaces a lot of towels that you would have to wash later. I suppose there is no reason to dry them off for that matter!

Ahhhhhhhh look at that tail!!! put everything else in the jar, but throw that tail in the hot grease and crisp it up!!!!!!
