@mrsraddliffe Really? I didn't care much for Fred as he was a background character most of the time and one dimensional (you put him up there because he was a Weasley). Hedwig's death was too abrupt and forgettable - Harry didn't even care, how could we?

Cedric's and Dobby's were actually the shocking ones. Especially poor Dobby's death.

@mrsraddliffe OK, I haven't and I'm sure in the books their deaths are worst. But in the movies I honestly weren't that much aware of Fred's death. They should've made it like Cedric's with the mum & Harry crying like crazy, but weird they didn't. It was stupid on the writer's part (or perhaps JK).

When I was younger, this scene didn't affect me as much. But now that I'm older, every time I watch I burst into tears. Seeing Mr Diggory in that much pain, and hearing this amazing music with it just sets the whole scene up amazingly.

The one part of this song I don't like is the note at the very end, at 1:45

It has a kind of peaceful sound to it, like there's hope for the future, unlike the dark and tragic sound of the rest of the peice. Still, I can't get enough of this theme!
