The coldest it gets in Vancouver is about -10.Years ago I used to be a Car-detailer where I had to wash vehicles outside in the snow and rain all winter. I worked hard so all I wore was cross-trainer running shoes, Long-Johns (pants/shirt), jeans, Long sleeved shirt and hoodie and kept an extra hoodie for rainy days when I had to swap mid day. The human body can adapt to the temp. + I walked 20 minutes a day to work and 20 home, my body & mind was used to the cold and I NEVER got sick .
Good vid, to many people are cold because they don't know how to layer & adjust. Moisture will destroy the insulating capacity of about anything but Wool & getting too hot & not letting it air out will just degrade your insulation. It's a good idea to take off the under layers first & keep the outer, moisture build up is part of why.
Many people also don't understand how much heat you lose out your head. You cold be cold & change nothing but put on a good head cover & that diff you will be warm
Man you are high maintenance. Just get a snowmobile jump suit and wear street clothes underneath. It worked in Buffalo.
