1200 points thow !! fuck that .. 5 levels is too short, the fightin is alright just a bit simple, didnt really feel like i was in control even thow there are quite a few combos to master... i would of bought this game if you could pick up and use nunchucks or maybe a wooden pole like Bruce lee does in way of the dragon.. that would of been FAAAAAAAAT !!!
"that s my game " when i first saw the trailer at offical page but the review at gamespot and this video tore down all my pleasure... well it is much better to learn this now then later
While you can beat the game by button mashing, it certainly isn't the best way of playing. It's much more enjoyable to use the full combat system: vary combos and keep the yin yang meter balanced. Unfortunately, all the review videos I've seen show only button mashing (their blue meter always show a x1 multiplier). The Gamespot review's especially bad: it seemed like the reviewer had a tough time just button mashing. BTW, never did encounter "mushy controls" myself (nor in other reviews)
I had high hopes for this game, but the reviews have been rather disappointing. I'll wait for it to go on sale for $5 because $15 is way too much for stale gameplay mechanics no matter how good the game looks.
Yup...occassionally they go on sale, but you really have to keep an eye on the PSN for it. I got Crash Commando (my fav PSN game btw) for $5 and Ragdoll Kung-Fu free.
Music is excellent - very Enter The Dragon, however this game is hopelessly poor sadly. Limited move list and sadly very reminiscent of a low budget 16 bit SNES game (Shaq Fu?) How the publisher thinks they can get away with charging 1200pts I do not know, especially after the Summer of Arcade releases. Will they ever learn? The Warriors Street Brawl should hopefully piss all over this in terms of old skool arcade brawling out late Sep '09
It's not so bad actually. The game's in real 3D. As in, 3D. As far as I know, the very first game in real 3D. So if you have a 3DTV, not just an HDTV. You might enjoy this game. That's the point though, WHO has a 3DTV?
just played the demo, i liked it :D
