@TheSILENTpavel You can try this: triple w dot mega upload dot com /?d=O44H459Y (I hope you got it). There, you have the 2nd episode, the one with Joosep's father. Now, you can paste that link on Google and you'll find the other episodes. However, the first one doesn't have subs. The third one has them, and the rest of the episodes, I couldn't tell, since I couldn't download them (let me know if you could, because maybe it's just me).

@InfantryProductions Hi! I've found them all some weeks ago. Type "Klass Elu Pärast bpdcarrier" into Google, and the first result is a Blogspot blog. It shows a post with all 7 episodes in RS links, including subtitles.

@JacobAlpert The full movie and the first episode of Life After are all up at etv(dot)ee (the other 6 haven't yet been on television, but they're airing one by one every Thursday) but the problem is that they don't have subtitles and they're of course in estonian. But you can find the movie torrent in torrentz(dot)com, and the subtitles are available too (in english), you'd just have to search for them in google.
