Toxic waste is dumped in their waters and their waters are illegally fished with high tech boats that drag nets across the ocean floor capturing the majority of the fish and destroying the coral reefs which help sustain life in the water. So this is the outcome of unheard cries for help from suffering. However it has gone out of hand and has become solely an act with criminal intent. We shouldnt kill them we should help them.
