No, you need to have first completed the game on Legendary. Tip: Kill all of the Ghosts and Brute, etc, snipe the gunner (Turret gunner) out of the AA Wraith (The yellowy one) and get your Co-Op partner to distract the purple Wraith while you use the Warthog and grenade jump onto the platformy thing.

I don't understand how anyone could own the game for a whole year and not get all the skulls... AND use a tutorial (Not at you). I only used a tutorial for IWHBYD...

The only silver skull you missed was the I Would Have Been Your Daddy (IWHBYD) skull on level The Covenant where you have to jump through the halo rings in order.

The Fog Skull kept screwing me up when I tried getting it. Every time I killed the guy (until the final time I tried) he always wound up throwing the skull onto the roof instead of outwards... Talk about something that can majorly piss you off :)

to be safe dont kill any of the big things (wraiths or ghosts. i aint played halo in ages:) get a deployable cover earlier in the level ( find that yourself :P) put it next to the second pylon sticky up thing and grenade jump onto it. Also have it on normal pluss and start from the very start.

for the Famine Skull i used a chopper to get it. There should be two ghosts under the platform where the skull is. Hijack one or two and park them into the crack where you have to jump. use them as a ramp to drive the chopper up there. once on the platform,jump on the chopper to get the skull. thats what i did.

well for certain skulls u get achievements,only gold skulls,the silver skulls dont give u achievements they just bring u 1 step closer to getting more armor and challenging ur self in campaign scoring,the silver skulls are:IWHBYD,cowbell,grunt birthday party and blind.you also have to start from the very beggining of the level on normal or above.hope this answers ur problems =)

Add these to the FAQ. Yes, there is a terminal on CORTANA but you do not have to see it to unlock Marathon man. As for the fog skull, you must shoot that guy in the "mouth" thing with the BR to actually make him throw the skull. You might have to retry it a few times. I had to do 13 times. Unlucky number.
