Today I heard a radio news account of what is going on in this area and Cartel Scouts are keeping an eye high upon a mountain and reporting any law enforcement activity to Cartel bossess. Many homes are being broken into and robbed of things such as food, guns, ammo, flashlights and ignoring valuable items. This one particular Cartel Scout was living in a cave, was armed, and had walkie-talkies.
