i think the game creators should change the battling style. this battling style is good 15 years ago but now its just lame. it lacks strategy and is quite boring... they should change it into something like card game battling style something like yu-gi-oh dueling cards,where u can really plan strategic moves through creation of deck, different decks for each pokemon

@bananaphone2009 actually, i was thinking more like yugioh card game, but instead of magic and trap cards, u can set counter and tactical cards. for example, if battling on an ice field, i will be able to use flamethrower and activate a tactical card to hit on the field, so that it will cause a smoke screen to lower the accuracy of the opponent, or use vine whip plus a counter card , like spinning vine whip to counter double team
