@jasincl Sort of, but I guess the ones in BC2 are combat medics, and during the war between US and Russia (the fictional one, of course) there aren't really any rules of war stopping the parties from killing each others' medics.

Do NOT kit switch revive unless it is extremely necessary. That medic now has your shitty class and is extremely pissed that he couldn't get more ammo by respawning. DO NOT REVIVE IN SQUAD DM, unless your team is going all medic for strat, you should play cautiously and revive only assault and other medics.

I think medic class is one of the most boring. Another tip that should be here is not not revive a teammate right in the middle of a firefight. I hate reviving just to instantly die again.

@maikeru1 Sometimes it is best to revive the teammate, even if they get shot again. If an objective is in danger and you are behind cover, you can keep reviving them if they get shot down. You can't be shot, and you have a teammate who keeps coming back until the enemy dies.

Plus, dieing costs your team a ticket, and revival gives it back, so it's in the team's best interests. The only damage dieing does is to your k/d ratio, but it's a team objective game so those don't really matter.

and in mw 2 1 player gets nuke you win..

You unlock various gadgets and weapons in the game when you have collected enough points to unlock them for that class. The multiplayer screen shows you how much you need for each unlock. Its not by done by ranks except for the weapon unlocks which require a certain rank that are not specific class related.

Tip for tip 5! Use the MG36 ( it has built in red dot so you can actualy use the red dot sight with the healing upgrade thing

alright i have to admit this is a good guide if you are new to bad co.2 but when i play as the medic i never hide in cover and wait im out in the conflict shooting shit up getting com stations revieing dead team mates if you get hurt to much just get under some cover throw out med kit and you get back out there the best combo i have had with medic is the m60 with x4 sights and 1911 pistol note when you revie some one your tickets go back up

Moreover, being able to shock paddle a teammate back to life who has recently caught a bullet to the mandible and another to the dome piece is anything but realistic. (You know, because medics and their shock paddles that take on seraphic characteristics can do things that would make Jesus question his own ability).

I was reviving my noob squad and needed ammo, well this one assault dude ranked higher than me was ignoring our squads demands to get ammo from him (he was trying to snipe people off with burst pistol), so i shot him to the leg with pistol. Also in ETQW it says "first priority of medic should be to revive fallen teamates and heal them not to shoot Strogg players." It means get to cover and us your gun as protection but not as killing gun, and always revive and heal comrades instead of trying to kill as much enemies as you can in medic class while healing yourself.

Medics are a supporting class. They are not build to have a amazing K/D. they are build to heal and revive other people. and when no one needs healing. thats when you can go around and kill people.

It's hard to get started in this game. In the beginning you have no specs or ammo and medic boxes, in a 1vs1 fight I always lose to a higher lever guy who hasa high lvl wep and magnum ammo.

Cant believe people complain if medics constantly revive them. If a medic revives you your supposed to get out of that spot where you just died. That's what legs are for. Your medic buddy just ran through a hail of gunfire to revive you then your gonna blame the poor dude if you die on the same spot just because you failed to move out of there. Medics cant know if there are enemies on a spot where someone has died if no one spots em. No wonder most medics in the game don't even bother reviving.

another useful tip: when playing rush, rush with your assault teammates, and hang around the mcom stations, that way you can revive your teammates at the station and your squad can also spawn where you are, meaning loads of your guys at the mcom station. Won so many rush matches that way.

yeah the guide is perfect, I'm a (pro) medic if i Must say, but i play in hardcore rush mode and that rly hardens the medic job. I have to tap the "Tab" button tp show the scores and so for the minimap radar, so i may see dead mates or thos who need heal. And since i do rly good job on hardcore I can imagine how easy will it be in non hardcore server :D
