am i the only one who questions the technology step between half life one and two ? half-life 1 has like todays technology exept some few guns and so, but half-life 2 really has future technology with comine gates and weapons, enemies and gravitygun... yeah a lot of high tech stuff, Could it be so that gordon not only travels ain space but also time ? if so why seem all the chrarachteres to be in the same age ? have they also time traveld ?

@zyriuz2 Gordon was put into stasis for 20 years by gman at the end of HL1, which supposedly took place in 2003, 5 yrs later the 7 hour war happened, then gordon woke up from stasis 15 yrs after that in city 17, after the combine takeover
