I would say that filling up the arena to 90% on weeknights and selling out on weekends means that obviously about 18,600 people care about hockey in Raleigh. To clarify the Sabres almost won the conference with backups, there's no telling what the final series would have been like. Edmonton had a good team and put up a hell of a fight. The Roloson injury may not have occurred which, while Markkanen played well, could also have had a big impact.
