Well, I agree with you that we should be focused on our own troops and our own war. We should be supporting them in anyway possible. But Israel is (or at least is supposed to be, but Obama may just change that) our ally. Unless there is a big event that happened that day in our own war, why not see what's going on with our ally. It's like if you have nothing going on and you go to call a friend to see what they've been up to. I support our troops and am proud of what they've done for us.

Well, I agree with you that we should be focused on our own troops and our own war. We should be supporting them in anyway possible. But Israel is (or at least is supposed to be, but Obama may just change that) our ally. Unless there is a big event that happened that day in our own war, why not see what's going on with our ally. It's like if you have nothing going on and you go to call a friend to see what they've been up to. I support our troops and am proud of what they've done for us.

What ever happened to the Iraq war, last I head we are going to be there till at least 2011. Most likely it already belongs to our empire, like Japan, Germany, S.Korea and the other 147 countries that have U.S. troops in them ! Imperialism anyone ?
