The first 1 1/2 minutes of this video included a sample of "Christmas Time is Here" by the Vince Guaraldi Trio. UMG claimed copyright infringement and had the video pulled. The only way I could reinstate it was to mute the entire video. Unfortunately, in doing so it also muted Linus reciting from the Gospel of Luke. I've reposted the video with a public domain version of Greensleeves replacing Christmas Time is Here, but it's just not the same. There's also a night time version with sound.

You should be receiving federal money for this. Some sort of grant. A tax break, at the very least.

If a consortium of town, county, state, and federal agencies aren't prepared to encourage you to keep this thing going year after year, then I must begin to doubt my Government's ability to adequately address the needs of the Governed.
