I think it's awful that someone didn't turn in the phone when they found it. That's stealing - hopefully the guilt of stealing gets to them and they return it.  Great job on the weight loss! I lost 10# right from the start when I started dieting and exercising. A lot of the weight at the beginning is water weight, so 7 lbs at the start is not unusual- keep it up. A great app for weightless is called myfitnesspal

My favorite parts are when you say "I hate shopping" and then you show yourself skipping merrily with the bags :P one suggestion is that when you do those things you put music in the background of the funny part while that clips plays. For example you'd say your thing about how you hate shopping, and then put music behind the next clip. Just seems a little cleaner, and for a lack of a better word, "boring".
