  • I'm confused, are you suppose to refridgerate tempered chocolate after you cast them in the polycarbonate molds, that looks like hard plastic? I thought tempered chocolate didn't need to be in the fridge even for a brief moment or is my text book wrong? Wouldn't the moisture in the fridge affect it, not to mention i have strong smells in mine :( Please reply anyone thanks!
