  • I went on the bridge last summer and enjoyed the view of the mekong river.

Somebody thankfully told me that the sign which was displayed in the middle of the bridge said to not cross over that area.

    Overall, great experience

  • Very interesting film showing changing laft hand traffic into righ hand one. Many times I was how it is done in the places like that. Thank you for sharing!

  • at the start of the bridge as you look down you see the black shade cloth...exelent spot for a meal and a swim....

  • jOMMANI BEACH..Yes, lovely spot for a bite to eat and a Singha in hand!

  • Thanks for the video. Great!

I wonder when do they start changing to the other side of the road? :-)

  • I think the change of driving direction from left to right happens behind the crossroad at 2:35 after the bus has gone down a long feeder bend and stoppped briefly at the traffic signs. We can see a "no left turn" sign placed there and a car arrives from the one-way road on the left, presumingly from the direction of Laos, changing directions the other way round (from right to left drive), going on towards the Mekong bridge. The customs house we see at the end is one-way.

    Thanks for the post!

  • ok very kind of you - thanks so much for the info. I love to go there soon or later.

  • Dude, you're on the wrong side of the road!!!! Just kidding.

  • Well filmed!
