I used the Gillette Fusion razor and I will say that it does work great no problems with it at all.

@njzcool that's how i do mine. a regular 0. no tripple 0 no moving the taper and it's actually not extremely short....you look good with a shaved head. not everyone can pull off that look

It's a bad look in my opinion, but while you were shaving it I noticed you would have looked good with a short mohawk. Should have left a line down the middle, would have looked really good.
