  • NO KNOBS!!!!! YES!!!!

  • brilliant sound. I think it's more muffy than fuzzy. innit

  • Who's wah pedal? What is in this? 4558? JRC is famous, but is is also cheap! Motorola 4558/5558 MC-TO series in the TO cans blow away the DIP8 case op amps. Unless you live where Motorola made and dumped the old early USA made stuff into boxes of surplus misc repair parts for a myriad of products GOOD LUCK finding them! I would put a power pole (Wiremold) Velcro pad on these Bluebirds, or stick it inside the guitar. It is small enough.

  • @Satchmoeddie The Bluebird has a TL082 in it.

  • @kevinhifi Why not make a tiny preset fuzz? I bought a M15A. The foot switch was lost, and some depressingly suicidal guy named John had it semi restored on a tight budget. The case for the footswitch is just an oddball skinny shape that is useless. I use steel "monkey bowls with cottage cheese lids for footswitches. The old box will work for a fuzz/octave with a .75Hy coil + xtra gain in/out as the second foot switch. I am doing the full wave rect thing into an X former but neg case gnd.

  • Kinda reminds me of Dan Armstrong's old pedals, but smaller. Now I know what to do with the joke ass tiny foot pedals some twit made for a Magnatone M15A Stereo amp, which I restored to factory 7189A tubes from some halfwit EL84 mod. I did bump the preamp gain so it has balls more like the old 480 Magna pre Estey 6973 powered amps. The 6973 is what we hear on Zeppelin I and II in Jimmy Page's Supro 1624T. The Supro sounds kinda cool before going to tape, but F'ing magical afterword!

  • Rise Above

  • killer sustain indeed. That little bastard sounds great!

  • Any chance you'll demo the green zapper as well?

  • This sounds amaze-balls

  • Oh fuzz box girl , would you wanna become a cougar ? Ha I'm just kidding

  • Congrats to the winner of this cool sounding fuzz! Great demo, FBG!

  • Excellent demo. Thank you FuzzBoxGirl!!

  • Excellent demo. First one that I felt was a homerun!

Talking wasn't overdone, licks weren't overplayed, sound was topnotch.

    Thanks for this demo!

  • The immediate question, that pops up in my mind is, what will happen if you put to of these together?!! Or three?!

  • @hellomynameisscen Now that is an awesome idea! I wonder if they would play well together?

  • @FuzzBoxGirl Ever since I learned that Hendrix chained 4 or 5 fuzz faces together, I wanted to try that so bad! Unfortunately I don't have enough fuzz boxes to do that))

Random info: Putting a wah in front of a Fuzz Factory lets you control the stability with the wah and the sound gets all Lou Reed fuzz tone like-ish)) At least mine does)

  • what is a price ? please

  • @viccolfari2canibals Well, I haven't seen many other dealers... so, I only know of Fat Tone Guitars... and they sell it for $115.

  • @viccolfari2canibals $115 from Fat Tone Guitars, and as FBG says, that is the only dealer I have right now.

  • Bloody hell that is an amazing sound!

wish I'd won that competition now haha

  • I keep saying "size doesn't matter..." ...then they laugh...

Maybe now they'll believe me :) (...I still hear laughing...)

  • These are really fun. I have #1 (and did a video of it, see my channel) and its a super cool pedal.
