Prone would definitly increase the stealth profile for snipers. This is the first game i've played that doesn't allow you to go prone.

This guy..all hate aside.. is a total nab.. he has a weapon full of deathmakers and decides to run after someone for 20 seconds for a knife kill. i know it's a game and all but there is a universal military saying that goes "always take the easy shot".. i am suprised this guy didn't get picked off.

hint with enegineer users do burst fire its alot more accurate for thos semi long range kills and perfect for thos close range kills also u go through ur ammo alot slower then while rapide fireing

Aim for the backs of tanks first, does the most damage, then the sides, then the front if you have to, try sticking a tracer dart on one and shooting the rpg really high effectively bombing the tank from the top, as well. Regarding the issue of not being able to not lay down, it's not realistic. In MW2 and other games, when you lay down and turn your whole body moves. Obviously this isn't realistic, BF tries to keep it realistic as possible eg. Bullet Drop, Distance Timer etc.
