Its a saying that Khaan Abdul Ghaffar Khaan gave during an interview, when asked about his loyalties, he stated "I have been Pakhtun for 6000 years, Muslmaan for 1400 years and Pakistani for 60 years, you tell me what I am". Its something the ANP uses somewhat as slogan from time to time, to incite support form Pakhtaana for ANP based on ethnic nationalism, which I assume the young man is trying to imply is not helpful or that ANP doesn't speak for all Pakhtaana
