@emcmuffin100 Aerobic exercises and yoga teach you to expand your lung and breath more efficiently. by doing this your lungs expand and allow you to breath longer. Not superhuman long mind you, but longer. The more you do it the easier it becomes to move underwater and lose less oxygen. Its just another exercise. the more you exercise the more of that exercise you can do because you have the oxygen to process and the energy to burn.
