im 18 and i have been i the system for a year and a half... i have 3 younger siblings... the stress that dcfs put us though caused my mom to commit suicide all because my little sister was outside (in our lawn) unclothed for less than a minute... i was just in jail fo 48 days because of an indirect violation of a court order that dcfs went to court for behind my back plus a month of house arrest... I just want to got to school and work on my own,,, can any one help?

There are 1,000,000 proven cases of child abuse in America per year. Of those 1/2 are followed by child removal. Only 20,000 kids are removed per year that remain in the system until reaching adulthood. This means only 4% of children removed are kept from the family.
Any parents who following these rules in your video are likely to keep their children.

You can have all the confidence in the world and that's good but when it all boils down to it the 'judge' makes the ruling , I'm sorry but it is deep.
The Fix for all of this is pretty simple. We do not need to hear another sad story of parents and children separated by the state, and all the lies. Here is the fix: an independent group that reviews these past cases such as churchgroups (they married them into the state). And actual Jury trials so it is not secret. No corruption. Probably 10% of all removals could be justified. Most of these cases are not criminal removals. They only arrange Your children' living to foster care for money.

Advice to all PRO-FAMILY activists and victims of the CPS racket. Whenever emailing your comments, always copy and save them in your own personal word processing and personal correspondence files. Also, you can simply copy the post and email it to yourself. That way, if malicious, pro-CPS operatives try to censor your commments and deny your First Amendment right, you can then re-send it. You can also email the comments to another person with a You Tube account and have them repost it.
CPS is a racket and corrupt organization. The whole interplay between CPS, the Courts and Judges, the guardian ad litems (lawyers assigned to "represent the child's interest", but who really only echo the intent of CPS), and politicians who depend on boon-doggle "make work" bureaucracies, amounts to acting in collusion with a unified agenda. Nono...I can pronounce it just fine. I was exhausted from staying up all night and had not been speaking any English for several hours prior to this video. Plus, I didn't have my glasses on. I appreciate the clarification, but I've already made fun of myself about it; hence, I called it a fancy word. There were a lot of mis-spelled words in the Email, too. Coming from speaking French all day (don't ask), it was just sort of automatic.
