  • What about the high note she hits in Sod Off?

  • @NonpareilOfFavor Really brief F#5. I forgot about it when making this video, but it's so short it's not much of a miss really.

  • What is the song at 06:45?

  • @NavyBaby101 Hetero Scum - The Sugarcubes, off The Sugarcubes debut album.

  • Anyone know what the songs at 07:50 and 07:54 are?

  • @Ganges172 Aurora (from Vespertine) and Virus (from Biophilia).

  • I liked the video! but some notes are wrong .. for example: it has an F3 Pneumonia and not a (g # 3) as quoted in the same and also it emits a G5 in chest voice;, and the album "Drawing Restraint 9" and notes it emits sharp as I think I am D6 in a song "Storm" and its highest note in head voice an E6 in the song "Bath" .. and in some songs it emits Whistle Register not cited in the video! .. Cofer CAN! (this studio, because it emits live up to their eighth notes more acute Whistle note!)

  • @KTWanderlust Pneumonia note is an F3 and A G#3... the note is so wobbly you could really count it as either. Also if you read the description I said I left out her G5's because they were very screamy.

  • @hessounusual95 but rather think it should have! as part of his vocal range, moreover seems torn because it is robust HAUHAUHAUH Soprano .. but at least put the treble in the "Storm" and "Bath" (mostly)!

  • @KTWanderlust Yes, like in some live versions of anchor song or the notes in cocoon or in prayer of the heart...

  • what's the note that she hits during her song, Storm? ("how weeeeeee---") the whole drawing restraint 9 album, when bjork sings, is incredible.

  • @blt1212121 Eb5's and an F#5.

  • Oh my God! Do you mean that she can hideously screech, whine and caterwaul her horrendous anti-melodies across a little more than 2 octaves (plus exclamations!). She is a Goddess... Of snobbery, self-promotion and opportunism.

Seriously, this pathetic cow sounds like my two little nephews throwing a tantrum for about 99.9% of the time. Does that mean that they turn into incredibly original artists whenever they're told they cannot have chocolate before lunch, or play video games? Surprising!

  • @Apozimiosi Okay? I may not agree with your opinion but it is yours and you're entitled to one. But why are you looking up Bjorks' vocal range if you can't even stand her? I don't waste my time with artists I don't like if I truly don't like them and I can say that generally most people do the same.

  • what's that high note she hits in sod off?

  • @sherodd F#5.

  • That C5 in Unison makes me tear my eyes~ so heart-infectious her voice (in a good way ^^)

  • Amazing video. May I ask where the E3 and first F#3 is from? And also the F#5s

  • @sippe555 E3 is from Pluto, F#3 is Immature and the F#5's are from "A Leash Called Love" which was during her days in The Sugarcubes.

  • @hessounusual95 Thank you very much.

  • @sippe555 No problem, you're from the rangeplace aren't you?

  • @hessounusual95 Indeed I am. Something tells me you didn't like it, since I assume you're not a member? :p

  • @sippe555 No I love the site, I just haven't gotten around to signing up :p

  • @hessounusual95 You should! We're always in need of new people who actually notewatch, and you seem to be doing a much better job than I am. And you NEED to make a thread for Jonsi. "No" isn't an option.

  • @sippe555 Haha, okay I guess i'll go ahead and sign up now since I'm not doing anything at the moment and will make a thread on Jonsi a.s.a.p.

  • @hessounusual95 I can't wait :>

  • @sippe555 I should mention that there are some sustain A6's in whistle register in the song "Sigur Ros" but i'm really on the fence about whether the notes were made by Jonsi or not o.O But Jonsi is the only listed vocalist on the song so i'm conflicted o.O

  • @hessounusual95 I'll give it a listen as soon as I've finished watched Scrubs, lol

  • @sippe555 Cool lol. To save you some time it starts at around the 6 minute mark and onward.

  • @hessounusual95 Okay, that was actually quite a hard one :(

  • @sippe555 I think it is Jonsi. But then again I don't know, usually if they have someone else singing parts they are mentioned somewhere (excluding choirs) and i've seen nothing. Still confused though :/

  • @hessounusual95 So, how's the registering going? :p

  • @sippe555 Once i finish his soundtrack album I should be done :p

  • @sippe555 Actually may take a bit longer, found another side project jonsi did under the alias "Frakkur" But i'll probably post a thread on Jonsi tonight, I have more than enough info at the moment.

  • @hessounusual95 Yeah, you don't actually need to have gone through all of his stuff before making a thread. You can just add new notes later. I'm assuming you're aware of how we look at registers and such? Like that "female head voice" doesn't count as full voice, since it needs chest connection etc etc. So that Björks range would be E3-G5(-C7)...I think?

  • @sippe555 Yes i'm familiar with your system.

  • Just noticed your profile pic is the SFIJ album... very nice!!!!!!!!! :-)

  • I'm so glad to see this, a million THANK YOUS!!!

  • @alamors2001 Thank you and thanks for watching :)

  • What's the name of the song that starts at 02:39 ?

  • @TheAquarian89 Aurora.

  • Loooove her! Great job on the video, must have taken tons and tons of work.

  • @solariumm1 Like 40 plus hours of listening and editing x.x

    Thanks for watching :)

  • She's one I'd heard of but never looked into. Very unique sound. Great vid!

  • @0AspiringStar0 She's one of a kind haha. Not for everyone really. Thanks for watching :)

  • "Her Pure Raw High Optic Volcal Range Of Her Fantastic Rumble In Her Throat, The "Howls" "Screams" "Screech" - Her Celestial Folk Nordic Icelandic Voice Bewitching The Listener"

  • Ooh. A full studio vocal range video? Sweetness

  • @agators212 Well semi-full. I kinda skipped out on a good bit of notes because I was actually trying to make this video short haha. I may redo it in the long run and put in some new notes and what not more c6's more low notes and whatnot.

  • She's amazing. I think she has one of the best voices of the world, sincerely. Good job!

  • @EDDsp2009 I agree. Thanks and thanks for watching :)

  • Her voice is so.....OMG! Love It! Her high belts sounds so AMAZING! I love this forced sound! Great Video! :)

  • @TheTomimomi455 Thanks for watching :)
