Purebred thing is indeed weird. I can't imagine not getting a shelter cat or a cat who was from a litter friends had or something. My favouritest cat in the whole wide world was a black and grey tabby we got from a litter and he was the best cat evar.

I have a Silver Tabby, although his breed is a Maine Coon. He's a super massive cat. I named him Tyson, because he reminded me of Mike Tyson (he knows how to box, he's such an awesome cat). Basically look up Maine Coon on wikipedia, and you'll see a picture of a Silver Tabby coloured one. Tyson looks almost exactly like that, but he's a bit darker.

Most beautiful cat I've ever had as an animal companion (because you cannot own a cat).
