This deficit Obama was going to cut in half in FEB 2009 when Bush left office was $1.6 Billion DAILY. In just 2.5 years Obama has increased it to $4.1 Billion DAILY. That's a 2.56 times increase. This deficit Obama was going to cut in half in FEB 2009 when Bush left office was $1.6 Billion DAILY. In just 2.5 years Obama has increased it to $4.1 Billion DAILY. That's a 2.56 times increase. This is just one of the array of lies he continues to tell. This increase is Obama's 4th. In 2006 he and ALL the Dems voted against raising the deficit; said Bush was incompetent. Most everything he's criticized Bush for he's at least doubled it. We are doomed if he is re-elected!!!

@DaveSquibbSr Yeah subtract the deficit that Bush left Obama as estimated by the CBO for 2009 (in January 2009) was 1.2 Trillion a year without any aditional legislation signed by Obama and Obama really only is responsible for increasing the debt by 1.6 Trillion and Bush is responsible for 7.4 Trillion. And BUsh inherited a 300 billion dollar budget surplus and a pretty stable economy. Obama inherited a financial crisis the likes of which we haven't seen since the great depression.

If you blame Obama for the 4 million jobs lost in hist first year when we were in the middle of a massive recession and had lost 4 million jobs the previous year then no, that will never be his fault. If you are blaming him for the current national debt when it was 10.7 T when he arrived and he inherited $1.2 T deficits then no, he will never be to blame for that either. If our economy continues to stagnate, yes he will be responsible
