  • even before watching a video of yours i hit the like button

  • OMG! I want that lipstick!

  • Gorgeous look! Im going to try and search the internet for these products. Such a huge fan of this type of makeup. Lisa you are amazing and do a fantastic job and explain things so well...Hooked on your channel:)

  • I love love love this look... I think this is my favorite video of yours!! From the first moment I watched it, this lipstick didnt leave my mind, I bought it today and the colour is a real refreshment for me! ( I am blonde, blue eyes, but I kinda got stuck on pinky-nude cold shades of lipsticks and blush ) Thank you Lisa, for your very useful tips and lessons, you are real artist!!

  • I really like your ring. What is that? A lip?

  • THE best makeup artist on youtube, hands down in my eyes! :)

  • Is it just me or does anyone else find that Peaches blush oxidizes on them?

  • can anyone tell me if illamasqua ship to the US?

  • @foreverxkirsten yes. they ship worldwide

  • @foreverxkirsten Illamasqua (some of the product range anyway) is available online through Sephora, or if you are near a Sephora in a large city, in store.

  • Great

  • hi! I'm an italian girl I really love these colours. I think they are going to follow this 2012 spring make up trend, aren't they? Could you help me? Where can I buy the blush and in particular the peachy mat lipstick?can I find them in internet to buy them online? Thank you so much!

  • Hi, lisa, i have been in Youtube for 4 years now, and i just discovered your channel!!! I can not beliave that took me this long! I really apreciate your amazing and professional work!

  • Lisa looks so tan here. Not that she's so pale, it just seems like perhaps the camera is casting sort of an orangey sheen over her.

  • I used to think Michelle Phan was like a goddess but compared to Lisa Eldridge, she really does look like a novice. The only thing I will credit her with is using cheaper makeup because some of the looks Lisa uses are impossibly expensive to achieve (for me at least) and it makes me feel a little withered. But then again, I realize that it's not always about using the exact products it's about the look itself.

  • is there a cheap alternative to this lipstick? thanks x x

  • Okay I hope I don't sound like an oddball. But I was so curius as to how old you were when you called the model really young... You're 42....................................... WHAT. I'm not even joking I genuinely thought you were about 29. No flattery, honest truth!

  • actually beautifull! would it be possibly for you to make a tutorial for people with natural dark hair but have gone peroxide blonde because no matter what makeup i do it looks like loads! but i still want to have a really fresh looking face :S literally impossible! xxx

  • so bwautiful!!!

  • your good very good

    :-)

  • U ruined it by goin out of ur lip line : S

  • where did you buy this ring

  • Hi Lisa, can you upload a video on finding the right shade of lipstick to go with different skin tones? And makeup for the different types of skin tones -- ~~Thanks

  • @Bloodless9Mare RED lipstick i meant

  • I really like this peachy look! I'm going to try this look but sadly I don't have the same lipstick but something similar. This video is really helpful.

  • I love it. Peach is my favourite!

  • You don't look anything like her?!Hello do you have a mirror at home:D,I always think how gorgeous you are in every video!

  • This is so gorgeous :)

  • Sob sob both the model and you are so gorgeous!

  • Love this and brunettes are stunning too

  • I'm loving watching all of your videos :) I'm so glad I found you on youtube. You are so professional and it makes me want to learn more and more about makeup, thank you so much for that.

  • you might not look anything like the model, but ur just as gorgeous!!!

  • I LOve u Lisa.... mmmuuuaaaccchhhhh..... xoxo Qi2 from Indonesia ^_______^

  • AMAZING !!!!!

  • which lipstick was this ? ur beautiful x

  • please i need a dupe for this lipstick !

we don't have illamasqua brand the place where i live :(

  • @f6f688 BarryM 147 is prety close, and you can find it in BarryM website and in asos as well (with free shipping) i got it when i saw this video and i love it :)

  • @odesumini i saw a swatch of it .. what a beautiful color ! thanx alot for the help =)))

  • You are my make up superhero! <3

  • Hi, Lisa ! I was wondering did work on some stars and for example who .. and I really sorry for my English .. but I`m from Bulgaria ... btw you`re very beautiful :) ^^

  • lisa you are just fabulous and so far beyond talented. this is an absolutely gorgeous look! I saw another comment saying that they had Illamasqua's lipstick in "obey" and it didn't look like this - i have the same issue with my lipstick! I own it as well and it doesn't look like the color in this video. have they changed the formulation / color slightly at all? thank you so much!

  • @kristen2634 I picked obey up a few days ago and it looks exactly like it does in the video. Maybe you got a bad batch?

  • I love how you don't show the finale look until the end of the video. It keeps me wondering on how its going to turn out!

  • When you are putting the eyeshadow on the lower lashes, how do you keep it from looking like dark circles? Whenever I do this, it seems to just highlight my undereye circles, and not my eye shape. Any tips?

  • @eezepeeze I have the same problem. Is impossible for me to wear black eye liner because I end up looking like a zombie.

  • How can you tell that a lipstick has a white base?

  • @MissZofiee Try to find out what undertone is it... It can be blue, red, yellow, pink or white and you´ll see the color base. In this case, you can see the lipstick has a white undertone, very subtle

  • hi love your nail color! may i know what brand is that?

  • Gorgeous look! Obey has become so popular (along other great Illamasqua lipsticks) that there's a huge waiting list...glad I've picked up one in time :)

  • Amaaazing!!!... Those false lashes at the end really bring the whole look together!... Loove the color effect you get when looking at the entire picture!... You can really apreciate the modern take on this trend...

  • OMG. Exactly how i was looking for xoxo.

  • It's totally wearable, although I think you should wear a lip liner.

  • Her hair looks odd in this. Like if it's wet or... dirty? Sorry!!

  • I cut this look out of Glamour and stuck it on my wall when I first saw it without knowing it was done by you, Lisa! I was going to ask for a video on it, but here it is! Beautiful, thankyou x

  • I'm an NC45 in MAC and hopefully I can recreate the look with Bobbi Brown's newer Rich Lip Color in Soft Coral. I have and use Illamasqua's lipsticks but that Obey one looks to light and paste-y for me.

  • my heart skipped a beat when i saw you in the intro part of the video... and i'm a girl. and straight. damn. :P

  • does anyone know the name of that model?????

i really want to find out!

  • yes you dont look anything like her ! but you are still beautiful lisa!

  • @poseytoesy she is credited at the end of the video x

  • oh lisa, I LOVED this make up in glamour.. it actually is here on my wall because it's so much inspiration :) you're such a sweetheart and talent! THANKS

  • Hi Lisa If i use this Dior foundation, Do I need primer ? I'm a normal to dry skin .

Thank you so much for the beauty advice you're my No. 1 teacher ♥ ♥ ♥

  • does anyone know any colours similar to this?

  • @M1995C Have a look at Barry m lip paint 147 :) You have to apply it with a brush though because it doesnt do on very smoothly but its a nice colour. Less orange than this though x

  • Oh God! We are still young too!!! Cannot be 21-24 for the rest of our lives...!!! hahahah. You look amazingggg! (Maria, 38)

  • Oh God! We are still young too!!! Cannot be 21-24 for the rest of our lives...!!! hahahah. You look amazingggg! (Maria, 38)

  • I think u r beautiful &u r gorgeous make up artist

  • Hi Lisa! i love the blush... I have the "My Hilghland Honey" blush by MAC, I guess it will go perfectly for that look, right? Thank you for your great tutorials :)

  • Comment removed

  • i love obey lipstick but cant wear it without a balm or gloss, great video.

  • Which issue is the picture from?

  • it would be really helpful if she could put up colors in drug store brands that are comparable to the ones that are being used here. There's nothing like being able to achieve these kinds of looks on a budget, using brands such as L'oreal, Revlon, Almay, Cover Girl, Maybelline. Thx.

  • that lip colour... it's sort of like costa chic but not as bright! love it.

  • this makeup is gorgeous! im defo trying something like this after the winter months its nice to do a natural makeup! x

  • You are fabulous, we are so lucky you make videos!!!

  • @xheartsliesfriendsx what about pixiwoo? they're pro makeup artists.

  • hi. i love all of your videos and the tips that you add each time.

As I am an Indian, I request you to show some videos on wheatish to slightly dusky complexion like Indian complexion. It would give me better idea about the colour that would look better on me.

  • After watching this video, i bought the illamasqua lipstick obey from Debenhams and it doesnt look anything like this! mine is just a mauvy light pink :(

  • @Tinkerbaby321 no, have you tried it on yet. Its definitely not mauvey...theres no blue in there at all. More of a very pale/whitish orange when its on the lips. Let me know x

  • @lisaeldridgedotcom i looked on debenams site for illamasqua and it also looks a pinkly blue, there is a orange matt colour called over???

  • this is the look I was looking for :) you're absolutely great!!! I like the blush very much...is it shimmer or matte? thanks :)

  • @katritto its a sheer matte one x

  • @lisaeldridgedotcom Thank you lisa.. you're my favourite!

  • I really admire your lashes :D I have to get myself some indivuals too!^^ looks so amazing!

  • people can still be beautiful even if they are not blonde.

  • @sugartub totally agree!!! x

  • @sugartub she never suggested that they couldn't. stop looking for problems in perfection

  • @tomjhubbard go away.

  • @sugartub im blonde and i think dark hair is much more beautiful :) xxx

  • This style is definatly my favourite, both to wear on me and to apply on somebody else, i love the way you did it!!!

i have one thing to add though, i would still sculpt the cheekbone a little. I have oval face with round cheeks [not like your fabulous cheekbones] so i guess you understand my objection.

  • do u think i can also wear peachy lipstick even though i'm really pale? pale and pastel colours always make me look dead and boring. i love the peachy lip and would love it even more if i could pull it off. i know, its a stupid question cos u dont know what i look like. thanks anyway for your great tutorials.

  • What other matte peachy lipsticks would you recommend ?

  • @AlicelnWonderIand Top Shop Make-up has a nice pale one called Desert x

  • if anybody was wondering, the model's name is Tetyana Piskun

she's one of my favourite models :)

  • this is so cool you always do photos for Vogue and the pictures are fantastic. when i look at the posters i doubt they are actual human because it's just too too pretty!

  • u look like vanessa paradis!

  • love thiss color i like coral too

  • great look

    love your nail colour :)

  • this is absolutely gorgeous!!!

  • beauutiful look and you are absolutely stunning! <3 <3 <3

  • I really think your tutorials are great! I've just subscribed.

Also I really think you look like a mix between Natalie Portman and Stacie Orrico

  • i cant get over how beautiful and natural you look

  • wow, that model looks exactly like Doutzen Kroes.

  • i hav more of a roundish face and my cheek bones arent very prominent wats the best way to created the illlusion of sculpted cheek bones so i can apply blush on it?

  • Hi Lisa,

I got myself the mymix foundation also, in fair 02 and it's beautiful. I had been thinking about trying it for a while and after hearing your comments on it I just went out and bought it (Boots in Belfast, Northern Ireland stock the mymix range). The blushes, lipsticks and glosses are also beautiful. Thank you for this video x

  • Love the look - the lipstick is fabulous! I already have Peaches blush so I'm halfway there with the color. Fantastic

  • I loved the makeup in these pages, i tried to create some myself... i did the blue under the lower lash line, and the girl who was wearing leopard print and had a pony tail, with lots of lashes..

Love watching your videos, im so happy iv got to find out what products you used in that picture. Really like the lipstick, think i might have to get it... help with appying the individual lashes would be great, mine were ok for my first time but could be much better.

    Thanks again xx

  • Beautiful!

Goes so well with your nail color.

    BTW, that ring is fantastic!

Do you know where I can get it?

    Tnx a bunch. :-)

  • @mqs7524 thanks! The 'red lips' ring is made by Solange Azagury-Partridge, she has a shop in London and New York x

  • I have a major problem when I apply mascara, I always manage to get some on my upper eyelids, even though I hold my head right back ( ow my neck!!) is it the brush?? is there a better position to hold your head in? It really is a pain

  • lashes are fantastic

  • i really love the lipstick but im not sorry if i can pull it off lol im sort of a medium skinned tone a nc40 what do you think?

  • Fantastic look!

  • Gorgeous! I also liked the first look you did for that story, the one with the bluey/lavender colour under the eyes. I rarely do a strong lip but this is one I can definitely have a go at. This is another colour to add to the shopping list when my boyf goes to Brum tomorrow! Btw, you're definitely prettier than the model x

  • I love this look, I had a phase of this look when I was younger.

I love the formatt of your videos, really great to watch, thanks

  • you are so talented, i just wanted to ask the picture of the model, which glamour magazine issue is that from?? old or recent one and also where can we buy illamasqua products in the UK? :)

  • @hlakram You're so right!! The last time I bought it they said it was being discontinued so I bought several. However I just checked their website and its still there??! I'm pleased because I love it. Thanks for the tip off x

  • Lovely look Lisa - I have been using the trick of "massaging" the mascara wand at the roots, and it has a great look on the lashes - I think I need to carry on practicing though as I keep ending up with mascara on my upper lid! Fab vid as always!

  • @mizzworthy yeah it works wonders...hold your nerve and keep it there for ages massaging away! Thanks for commenting x

  • as here in croatia i have no access to mac, is there any illamasqua blush that is similar to this one?

    thanks alot!

  • Maybe lover by Illamasqua? I don't own Peaches but Lover seems comparable from the look in the video?

  • thanks alot for your reply :)

  • what blush is that specifically? where can i get it?is it available in the us? i love it

  • @jadoreXelle it is, you can get it on the MAC website. I love it too x

  • What nail polish are you wearing?

great video! love the blush and the lips

  • @beautymusicfashion its a new limited edition one by No7 called 'Cocktail Dress' which comes out around April time and is part of the 7 Decades collection x

  • can you reccomend a foundation for very, very light skin... an off white basically, thanks :)

  • I do love a good statement lip. Perhaps it's worth considering blending some of the lip colour onto the cheek if that blusher is no longer available? -saves money to! :)

  • Ur vids are amazing

  • Fantastic work again!

  • Wonderful look Lisa :)

  • sometimes i tap some gold glitter over the eyelid on this beautiful make up so it looks more like a summer make up :)

  • really helpful, thank you!

  • Thankyou for sharing, truly gorgeous as usual. Thankyou so much for taking the time to make these videos. It's really appreciated! And it's nice to see someone from the uk doing them, we need representation! haha xx

  • great tutorial!

  • that is a really gorgeous look! thank you for sharing.

what eyebrow color do you recommend for black eyebrows to let them look natural. Grey?

  • You are awesome and I feel so fortunate to have found out about you and your channel. Thanks for all the expert advice!!

  • You are so beautiful! I am happy that you have decided to show us, beauty bloggers and gurus, your tips and tricks. It is sad that some professionals think they are better than girls who are not makeup artists and do makeup reviews, because we are just not qualified to say our opinion out there. You really give inspiration to us and thank you for that, Lisa!

  • Great video, I get so happy when I see you have made a video :) Love the look, very pretty! I loved all the beauty shots in Glamour, but that opening picture with the lilac /blue e/s was very special. Thanks for the video, you are a pleasure to watch! X

  • beautiful look lisa loved it thanks very much

  • hi!!! the lipstick is gorgeous!!! It's seems the same that Audrey Hepburn wears in "Breakfast at Tiffany's! I can't buy the lipstick by Illamasuqua because the brand is not available in italy. do you know if mac has a lipstick with similar colour? thank you!!! ^^

  • I'm amazed that your lashes look so good without eyeliner!

  • Love EVERYTHING you do Lisa !The 60's look really suits you...beautiful. We always admire the pictures in magazines thinking " how so we do that...." so thank you !

  • This is beautiful, the lip color is amazing.

  • you are as amazing as always! don't you think that Dior shadows last an incredibly low amount of time even if you use a good primer?

  • I LOVE your videos, thanks so much for making them!

you're so talented as well as gorgeous - and I love your voice too :)

  • Thank you for the tutorial Lisa! We are so lucky to have a make up artist of your level here.

This lip colour is absolutely fabulous!

Do you think you could also do a look with an orange based lipstick?(like Hara from Napoleon Perdis, or Morange from MAC). I love it and am fairly brave with bright lip colours, but not sure how to make this one wearable. And also, can pale people pull it off? (I have pink undertones, but they're mostly neutralised with my yellow based foundation). Thank you!

  • omg i am soo grateful and happy u did this look! i fell in love with it in glamour and never thought i'd see how its done xxxxxx thanks so much!!

  • Georgeous...!

  • Hi Lisa, I don't know if you read any of the comments people post here but I just thought I'd say I love your work. I learned so much from your approach to skincare and makeup! Keep the videos coming. Thank you

  • absolutely gorgeous! 60's makeup is my favorite kind of look. pale skin, lips and loads of lashes...this is a nice way to emulate that look without as many products! thanks lisa!

btw, i think they still have peaches in the US-at least they did a few months ago, b/c i got it & it's my favorite blush
