hello mr wellness, sorry to bother you again, i saw your profile in which i understood that you have knowleadge of fitness and nutrition. well iv just started my personal fitness training course and im seeking advise from you. 1 is which, am i wasting my time and money?
Im not sure what course you are doing? I personally took a very well known personal training diploma and also it was combined with a diploma in nutrition and sports massage. I wasted my money because i was lied to. There was nothing about organic food, metabolic typing or hormone balancing which are essential parts to assessing clients. The body is a system of systems, and it has only been addressed as such in my opinion by the chek institute. That is where my money will be spent.
thats was very well demonstrated, considering balancing 20kg on one arm. lastly, listening to your ipod to drown the that trashy music in the gym was very stratigic, hence you would had lost your balance and bite the dust with 20kg ouch. anyway im impressed with your videos, keep it up. could you also post a video about loud music in the gym, if its good or bad for the concentration for working out.
