While am I venting.. we saw the band in May in LA.. they were BRILLIANT beyond words! 6 sold out concerts here in NYC, Chicago & LA... how many do you think they would have sold out if there had been any kind of promotion here in the State that they were coming??? I have heard from so many people saying how much they love this band & wanted to see them in concert & had no idea they had been here or that they were breaking up or the new single "Butterfly Butterfly". Your USA fans love you A-HA!

I too need to voice my displeasure with A-HA's management (if that is what you want to call it)! Terry Slater had a handle on it in the beginning, but then it fell apart. If I had the opportunity to manage them, I would have pulled every string possible to get them back in the USA where they belonged. Their music & live performances were 1000 times better than the garbage they play on the radio here. It is such a sad lose to the USA to have never heard all this wonderful music & see them live.

Yeah, with thier looks and sound, I don't understand why they haven't hit it in U.S. Poor managing? So many U.S. songs (bullshit hip-hop or trashing gals with stupid songs) hit it big. Lifelines, Bandstand, Manhattan Skyline, etc. could have been hit U.S. Singles.

Thank you for sharing. I cannot wait until they come to the U.S.! But I have not heard any more on the subject. They need better media & public relations/marketing people. Their website still has only until Nov. 22. They could be making so much money - as well as keep their fans informed...so that they can help spread the word. :0) I went to look for piano & guitar sheet music online...& I cannot find ANY. I am a corporate planner/strategist experience in marketing. I would do it free for them.

I agree 100 % - the marketing around a-ha has been really bad since 2000. They had a massive comeback here in Europe since 2000 but you can wonder what they could have done if you was working for them :)

"Bandstand" has to be the next single they play it everywhere they go now. This is a fantastic "Live" version of the song! Morten is energized... I haven't haven't seen him like this for years! ASSISTANT DRUMMER!!!! I love it!!! He & Magne are really pumped about the new album, you can see & hear it in every interview & each live performance just gets better & better. This was a BRILLIANT performance by Morten & Magne's backing vocals are amazing! A-HA is back & ready to rule the world again!

@SuperDvd100 I along with millions of others will agree that A-HA will forever be the best band ever!!! Although it breaks my heart that they have decided to go their seperate ways at the end of 2010... they leave behind a legacy of BRILLIANT MUSIC & LIVE PERFORMANCES right to the very end for all of us to remember! We saw them here in LA in May, they were AWESOME & what can you say about Morten that hasn't already been said a million times before!!! A-HA FOREVER!!!!
