I used to be terrified of escalators, but now I'm really not.. just cautious. I actually semi tripped in one once. You know the steps are like flat in the beginning? I placed my foot so that half of it was on one of the steps and the other half on the other step. And then the steps rose so I lost my balance and almost fell onto an old lady. Being cautious to watch my step ever since haha

Barbara! The freezing hands thing-- if your extremities get cold really easily, even when it's not cold out, you may have this thing called Raynaud's disease. It's definitely not a big deal, but it's like an issue with your circulation or something where your body can't distribute heat easily.

My mom has it so whenever we go skiing we have to make like 10 trips to the lodges...but maybe you've got that? I don't know! Just trying to help out!
