Dave Sheridan is fucking great in this movie. If you like his performance as Doug in this movie definitely check out his band, Van Stone, they're musically very tight and the lyrics would be what this character would write about if he had a band. Definitely funny.

The shopkeeper does later play "learn the rules" when he points a gun at this guys face. Renfro, Birch and Buscemi are great in this movie. Especially Buscemi. He's a hard actor to follow. I love Thora Birch's "robot" walk..almost trancelike. Terrible shame about Brad Renfro.

Ah, one of my faves since Sixteen Candles...This scene was shot near where I used to live ( off of La Brea and Olympic ). Its an actual food mart called "A & G Food Mart" .
