@ladiiellii - The whole GAME is filled with fanservice. If you've never played Sega's flagship Sonic games, then you won't know. Dr. Ivo Robotnik (Dr. Eggman in Japan and internationally from Sonic Adventure 2, I think) is the archnemesis of Sonic the Hedgehog.

Sega also references OutRun twice here, once in a cutscene which you can see just past the middle of the video, and they also have a remix of Splash Wave (music from the games) at one section. After Burner and Space Harrier are in too!

@ladiiellii - Ah, that's true. Only a reference, nonetheless a good one (for all Sega fans). Oh, btw, the AfterBurner section is built with the boosting in mind, perhaps not the jet, missiles/vulcan and the aim and "FIRE!" that After Burner's known for.

@jonnycortes Yes you can, but that's only when you are near the end of fighting the Final Boss. Jeanne has the same moves as Bayonetta. There are no character selection for this game. Unlike Devil May Cry 4, where you can switch Dante or Nero, Bayonetta is the only main character you'll use to beat the game.

I've read some articles regarding Jeanne in the game. Apparently, she's playable in the story but to get her as an actual playable character you need to get a minimum of a Platinum rank on each Chapter on Normal or above; a cumulative Platinum isn't enough.

actually it does, if you select the 'watch in HD' it plays the mp4 version instead of the usual flash .flv. Obviously it means a larger file download.

1)Enzo = Same name as Dante's Enzo

2) Eggman = Same name as Sonic's Eggman 3) Bayonetta is wielding a black gun and a silver gun in this scene

4) The black gun is in her left hand and the silver is in her right just like how Dante holds Ebony and Ivory

It just seemed a little too cheerful for the badass action, but eventually it didn't bother me AND the song got stuck in my head multiple times. (The "pop-remixing" just makes the original style of "fly me to the moon" a little less.. classy, imo.. in a way of "raping a classic" or smthg..)

But it worked after all.. AWESOME game :) Played it through few days ago.
