I'm glad I found this site. I enjoy music from this era. I get so sick of the music that's played now. St Louis has a radio station KDHX 88.1 that plays older country music, bluegrass,etc. It's one of the only stations that does.

im from the general area as burnett.use to have a record of them but it got stolen ,iknow why he was blind.

That would have been a rare record! I have been looking for one of their records, but haven't been able to track one down. If I can ask, where did you acquire yours from? @BBYMRLCCOTN try amazon.com. leonard rutherford was actually my husband's grandfather and i found him a copy of a collection of burnett and rutherford's recordings on amazon a few years back.
