  • hey mate, was having a chuckle whilst you were playing this and it being in japanese doesnt help when you need to use those instructions lol.

just a few tips ( if ur still playing or fancy it again)

double tap a direction to sprint and to do a slash on the run just push attack whilst running.

to do a 360 attk - hold down attack and then do a 360 on the dpad which is good against things on ground which i seen u had difficulty with haha.

i cant remember much else you hadnt already figured!

  • I think I need to pick up the English version :)

  • That looks great... the cartoony visuals and button-bashing combat give it quite an arcadey feel, and although I'm not a big Zelda fan, I still like to try the games (and their clones) now and then...

  • Great game, good to see you give it a go.

  • Game looks great.

    the sound and animation...just wow.

  • The colors are very vibrant! The story is what grips you to keep forging ahead! This brief video shows off the game nicely!

  • This looks like my kinda game :-D

And it really does remind me of Zelda too.

  • this game is on the sega mega drive ultimate collection on ps3 or 360 it's a great game

  • Does it have the sequel on there as well?

  • no unfortunately but it does have a lot of great games on there

  • An excellent game for sure! I do think I prefer the sequel ( or rather prequel ) more. But man, this sure showed off the Megadrives hardware in a really good way :) It looks awesome!

  • Is there more difference in the sequel? Same style of game?

  • Oh, its very much the same I'd say, There's more movement and more sprites, but that about it. But its a bit more story in it, and thats what i enjoy :)

  • I think it looks more like a possum than a mongoose.

  • Brilliant game, it uses some of the same sound fx as streets of rage 3, and Yuzo Koshiro the guy who did the music for streets of rage series also does the music for this game also.

  • Looks sort of cool. I'd like to try it if I ever see it anywhere.

  • ohhm i would put this one down the tiolet ooohhh ists blocked dont worry thats my copey just push it down LOL. Keep Rocking and Keep it Retro

  • Love the beat 'em up gameplay in this. It never gets old.

In the US, this is called Beyond Oasis :)

  • I've got this on my list to get, a pretty late release for the Megadrive as far as I know and supposed to be pretty good; certainly looks the part. :)
