i refuse to use a mask on what i am i am a witch and proud of it . this song was what happened to me when my true love walked out of my life then back into it i found my way again i stopped meditating and practicing and that hurt me and only me but he guided me back to my old path and i am happier because of that

Congradulations xLGx, not many at your age know who they are much less what to believe in. I have been slitary practicioner since i was 12, i was taught by my Gram, my Aunts and Mother. I was also given the choice of which path to follow at 15 yrs old. Needless to say i am currently still a witch who happens to be a pagan. BLESSED BE ONE AND ALL.

Wicca to me is a connection to my pre-christian heritage.I left the church because of the intolerance and pompous arrogance of both clergy and parishioners. I have no ill will for them, just pity.

My dad abused me before my mom left. He always stripped me of my right to be me. once mom left i had no idea who i was or what i liked. and being 16 that's hard. I have always been drawn to wicca and once i trusted enough i found my path.I am learning so much now. i like the woods, animals, poetry, reading, wrighting. i'm still not quite sure who i am but i am wiccan.

I though i was this horrible person for so long. my mom tells me a few times a week that i am awesome, and now i feel that i might just be. It feels good to hear(read) that other people can see what i didn't used to be able to see. it gives me hope.

I have come a long way in a month. I have a teacher now and am starting on my book of shadows under her guidance. I took my mom with to meat her the first few times and my mom agrees that she is for real. My mom is fine with wicca. I'm lucky there. she thinks that it is better for me to explore who i am and still have her protection. My life is good.

If you are interested, I would recommend studying about the different aspects of Wicca and really see if it is something you want to be a part of.

Read, and study, study and STUDY. I am a self taught Wiccan. Been one for a little over two years. Best decision I ever made (at 45). It is a very beautiful religion. God and Goddess aren't "angry" all the time etc. Yes Magyck works, but it is up to you to find out how and why. Think on the atomic level. How things are connected, etc

There are many websites that have information on becoming a witch.

Also, Scott Cunningham wrote a book on being a solitary witch.

You also need to explore why you want to become wiccan. It is a very personally moving experience.
