  • Do dentures count?

  • I had the same thing on my are, about a silver dollar size. And several patches here and there. My doctor told me to go get a tan. Come to find out the tanning booths were invented not for tans, but for all kinds of skin diseases. Within three weeks it was completely gone! After it was gone, I quit going to the tanning beds, and the problems never returned. So, my friend, go get a tan.

  • :0 awww is there any true cure?!

  • It{s good to see a video where someone makes an experiment and honestly reports the results. A lot of YT videos you have to be careful w/b/c ppl are trying to sell stuff so they make all sorts of claims.

  • Worked for me, no more dizziness, got my sense of humour back and reduced tiredness. Cheap enough to try, don't send any money to me :)

  • the only problem in states is a GMO food, nothing will clear till you drop it and go organic also u need to drop it anything with fructose and gluten, also in your case it will take much longer than silly 2 weeks, u are about 30 I assume so u need a month of detox for each year that is 30 months

  • LOL dude...the thing about oil pulling is that 2 weeks ISN'T SUPPOSED TO make a difference. Try 3 to 6 months minimum. It fixed my acne, but it took between 6 to 9 months to clear it up.

Two weeks is a faulty experiment. I also never heard of it working in just 2 weeks.

  • very simple buy a bottle of tea tree oil (natural) and add it to your shampoo or body wash. us as often as needed.

  • Matt I love your videos!!

  • Oil pulling works wonders...My pathetic little baby penis was 3 inches before I started and now I'm up to 6. Oil pulling IS A MIRACLE CURE!

  • is that coconut oil? i think thats what youre supposed to be using, im trying it right now, yeah i know im the weirdest rapper ever lol

  • you have to do it with two diferent oils one is sunflower and the other is I dont remember but i know they are 2 bye

  • PART 1-psoriasis/oil pulling

I believe yr suppose to be using coconut oil. It definitely makes your teeth whiter and tastes much better. Just my opinion though-lol. I have been doing a lot of research on coconut oil and wow, just from me eating it, my teeth are whiter and I've lost 28 lbs in the last 6 months [with VERY LITTLE exercise-lol] and my IBS symptoms have pretty much subsided. This is my MAGICAL CURE for all my ailments, all I can say is WOW! I believe it now.

  • @AJSSTUFF3 - PART 2-psoriasis/oil pulling

P.S. I would also rub the coconut oil on your psoriasis and all over your body as it is very good for your skin and from the research I've done on coconut oil, it says it helps psoriasis as well. There's way to many benefits of coconut oil to write here, so I suggest maybe doing a little research of you own, I truly hope this helps.

  • Seems like the reason that the oil becomes white is the incorporation of air.

  • I thought after the 2 weeks the spots on your back & knee looked a lot better! Did you compare the 2 videos? I never tried oil puling before & I'm very skeptical of it...but I do think you had a lot of improvement. Thanks for sharing :) I think you should try eating a tablespoon of pure organic expellar pressed coconut oil daily for your psoriasis...That's what has helped me :)

  • Psoriasis is usually caused by liver stagnation in combination with food sensitivities. I would try removing dairy, wheat, citrus and sugar from his diet as a start point. You may wish to rotate them back in to find out what the likely culprit(s) are. Liver cleanses can be amazing, but hard on a young child. Colonics may also prove to be quite helpful. I am an herbalist and colon hydrotherapist. I have seen these remedies clear up psoriasis.

  • if you find anything natural that works PLEASE let me know my 7yr old son has psoriasis extremely bad especially on his hands. He can't open them all the way. I have tried all the meds the dr's gave but it cleared it up and came back even worse each time. It's very sad and frustrating! The only thing that is helping so far are probiotics and flax seed oil every day.

  • @tigerlilly699 Have your son's vitamin D level tested, and get him up to 80-100 ng/ml for 25(OH)D. Vitamin D is probably the simplest treatment for psoriasis.

  • try juicing with beets<3

  • Use a cup of Epson salts and 2 cups of apple cider vinegar in baths and it should help clear up your patches.

  • Try limiting carbohydrate intake. For the first couple of weeks have virtually none. I'm sure you'll see a difference.

  • The main thing with any alternative therapy is consistency we will NOT see a distinctive difference after 2 weeks. Not like conventional medicine where we invade our bodies w/chemical substances forcing a heal, while another part(s) of our body suffer. I.e. w/ losing weight exercise & good health the weight loss will be slower than using diet pills or lipo. If you're looking for a miracle quick fix in natural meds... there is none. It is about consistent life change in diet and mentality

  • You need to detox your liver. It can't filter out all the toxins so iyour body pushes them out threw your skin.

  • Weird. My husband and I just started a low-carb diet on Monday, and he kind of half jokingly wondered aloud if it would help his scalp psoriasis. Yesterday, in his two worst areas, I could only find minimal flaking with no scabing, and today there was nothing. I can't explain it. The only thing we've changed is the carbs. I know psoriasis has a link to diabetes, so maybe it's possible that the cause is related? I don't know. If you can experiment with that for a week, maybe see what happens.

  • Try applying 100% pure tea tree oil. If that doesn't work, try sea buckthorn oil.

  • he's wearing the same shirt two weeks later lol

  • In my smoothies I use banana base, an oz of OJ or fruit: grapes, cantaloupe, peach; 2 oz water; toss in raw almonds, sunflower & pumpkin seeds; add chlorella, spirulina, & wheatgrass, raw egg, ground cinnamon, one shake of cumin, turmeric, cayenne (hot), tblspn coconut oil, squeeze of hemp oil, ice cubes. Blend til smooth, then I add some ice tea mix as sweetener, about 4oz coconut milk, more water & 1/2 oz h202; & blend again. Delicious! My skin is 25 years younger without lotion & high energy.

  • All disease begins because of oxygen deficiency on cellular level; the body is too acid. First detox w enemas or colonics, then increase alkalinity by eat/drinking green veggies/fruits and less meats. Cut out dairies if they are dead; use only raw goat or cow milk if you must and use their yogurt and kefir and make your own butter from raw milk; 1 tblspn coconut oil/olive oil or hemp oil daily. Use spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass in smoothies twice a day; add raw egg (free running hens), h202.

  • Try this and you will notice a change in less then a week cut out all meat products no fish or poultry no cooked food, have raw food, for this week salads, fruit no eggs, drink lots of water faltered or spring. Not from concentrated juice or make your own and you can have Avocado with your salads on the Saturday no food so this will be a fast until the next morning go on line to get some raw food ideas. What can you lose or gain give it a try it works.

  • psoriasis is in many cases is a reaction to toxins from PARASITES, treat the cause not the symptom

  • Hemp oil

  • narrow band ubv lamp worked well for me. takes about two weeks but really does work. treat yourself at home.

  • Milk Thistle 2 caps 3X daily helps psoriasis. It's a flavano lignan, a plant antioxidant, that helps the liver to detoxify and protects the liver from toxins.

  • what is the medication you use (the liquid) i had it prescribed years ago for the lesions i get on my scalp now and then in the winter but i not sure of the name and doubt spelling if phonetically from how you said it will help. i want to get a new bottle for this next winter for the couple of times i will find it helpful (don't need often, but the lesions get bad and fast on my head, and only head)

  • @brokendoll8777777 This is and old video and I haven't used that medication in years (I use Enbrel injections now). I think the medication on the video was Elocon. The Enbrel works GREAT though... the lesions on my back are gone. The only place I have it is on my right knee and above both ankles.... that's it. I also take a vitamin D3 supplement which is good for your skin. Good luck!

  • Look up Dr Johanna Budwig and psoriasis. And look up 'Benefits of Hydrogen Peroxide'. Both these cures direct towards the immune system being replenished by bringing back the oxygen levels into your blood cells. I shall not rabbit on about this, but Budwig was a leading scientist nominated for the nobel prize seven times Hydrogen peroxide was used to cure Typhoid in the early 20th century. Anyway, check them both out, there IS a way !! Good luck.

  • Try to become a vegan or at least vegetarian if You don´t have a stronger spirit. It should kill your pso or make it a lot better.

Best start with a diet consisting more or less only of freshly squeezed fruits and vegetables. Bye bye, pso!

  • Your sounds demented mate.

  • I have a better idea! I will substitute the oil with TEQUILA! Alcohol kills germs, so it's OK to swallow when your done. Don't wait to long to swallow it, just do it often. When you get done you will feel real good! :-)

  • Oil pulling is a bit iffy. Most treatment only treat the psoriasis patches. To treat psoriasis effectively and send it into remission you have to treat the root causes and the patches at the same time and boost your immunity. This of course will involve lifestyle changes, detoxing to clear out the toxins causing the psoriasis and liver, blood and kidneys purification. The one that’s cleared my 25 year psoriasis and does all this is a treatment called psoriasis new treatment (no spaces) dot com.

  • Thanks!

  • oil pulling only works with unrined oil not refined

the industry is covering up as much of it as possible by lying in small ways

i doubt refined oil that has been bleached & colored is going to cure anything

it also works best with flaxseed oil not sunflower or sesame

  • Do coconut oil

Pull and bikram yoga for 30 consecutive days, cut meat from your diet, eat lots of leafy greens and you'll forget where the spots on your back and knee were... Not rocket science just a pure detox and intox... it works...

  • APPLE CIDER VINEGAR(organic, non-pastuerized with the mother) topically & internally, check out earthclinic to read how to use it . Read all the stuff on psoriasis, someone may have a solution that works for you there. Hope you get better.

  • your experiment has a major flaw- you are supposed to measure out a tablespoon and swish that. Good luck treating your psoriasis. I believe it is linked to candida and mucoid plaque.

  • Coconut oil is good for scalp psoriasis. It has releived mine quite abit.

  • spray apple cider vinnegar on the knee everyday and rinse it off after it starts burning with kinda cool water.. will work for sure.. as well as spray a bit of colloidal silver on it or ionic silver.. and you don't need to rinse that off.. your welcome.. it cures over the course of 2 months or so.. you will be amazed.. i had the same rashes on my legs all my life.. probably from build ups in my colon also..

  • far infared sauna for skin

  • Have you tried Melaleuca Oil? Not for swishing but a topical application. I have heard it is really good.

  • It's sort of ironic (or maybe just stupid) that people say that you didn't do it long enough yet they will claim that OP cures everything from rickets to the bends after only a single session. I also think that it is funny how people warn of the ghastly toxicity of the oil after you spit it out, as if you should have guys in HAZMAT suits standing by to mop up after you. It would be easy enough to examine the byproduct of OP simply by using a bit of science. Or believe in voodoo.

  • Thanks for sharing this informative video says Wellness Detective. I started oil pulling periodically 3 years ago as part of my raw food lifestyle regime. I have bad psoriasis and didn't realize oil pulling could be a possible remedy for that. I figure oil pulling would have to be incorporated 3 months straight in order to see possible results. I use sesame oil. I understand that oil pulling removes toxins from the body.

  • Have 3 tbs of virgin coconut oil each day and skin problems will disappear.

  • I had terrible psoriasis episodes when I drank a lot of wine. When I stopped doing that, it helped. Exposure to sunlight is supposed to help and if you have no aversion to Vitamin D milk (except for the weight gain) that's another way to get Vitamin D which is supposed to help. Tea Tree Oil put on the site has worked wonders, and I know they have it in a shampoo and soap form. Try the shampoo for your hair and put the actual oil on the lesions... can't hurt to try.

  • 2 weeks is nothing. swish two times with sesame oil.

  • I thought all your lesions look better. Anyhow, if you're supposed to swish the same mouthful of oil for twenty minutes in order to draw out toxins then swishing two mouthfuls for ten minutes each is not the same thing. It's the same length of time, of course, but by starting over with a new mouthful of oil means that you are also starting the toxin pulling process over again. Also, not all steroids are dangerous. Anabolic steroids are the ones that are banned in sporting competitions etc.

  • I want to try oil pulling but not sure about swishing the oil in my mouth for 20 minutes. I'm worried that I'm going to throw up :(

  • Why don't you experiement with eliminating GLUTEN from your diet?

  • I like the little patch of hair! Fuzzy!

  • Argh! I got psoriasis and it sucks!! So itchy if you don't wash your hair very often :P

  • I wouldn't give up so soon. You have a chronic condition which takes up to a year. Acute conditions can take just a few days. I know; a long time to try it out but what's a year compared to the rest of your life?

  • coconut oil is better

  • My partner had dreadful psoriasis on his legs, for the past few years, he tried alot of natural remedies, but did not work. He then had a series of collonics, which worked a treat! After years of suffering and embarrassment, his legs are virtually free of it, if he does notice it returning he knows it will be his diet and he will look at what he is taking in, we can pinpoint it now to what is actually causing it, but it was the build up of toxins in his colon leaching out into his skin..

  • @wakeywakey2910 Thanks for the info. I do get colonics, but not a series in a row... maybe someday when I can afford it I will try that.

  • @thatoneguyonline HAVE U TRIED BURDOCK ROOT TEA? IF U TRY IT JUST GO TO NATURAL HEALTH FOOD STORE AND GET THE ROOT CHOPPED AND USE LIKE TEA....A CUP IN AM AND ANOTHER IN PM....U SHOULD SEE HEALING AFTER 2 WEEKS.....PEACE

  • I'm 2 days into my oil pulling experiment, i only oil pull once a day and I do it with coconut oil. For me its not for any skin disorder, its actually just for my dental health. I oil pull with coconut oil which studies show reduce/prevent gingivitis. I am also brushing with a baking soda/coconut oil mix every other day seeing as baking soda is highly abrasive and could wear down my enamel is I brush too often with it. so far my gums are looking very healthy and my teeth are less sensitive.

  • @TheNeverSayNever83 LOL! There's a place in the Greenwood (Indiana) mall that sells movie memorabilia. I had to buy that as soon I saw it lol. I think I ended up selling it a couple years later. I still love BBTF, though.

  • The simplest and most effective cure for Psoriasis is: The sun & sea!

I recommend you, saving up a little to buy a holiday to Thailand or anywhere paradisaical and relaxing under the sun. You will really see the difference.

It's to do with you mood, stress and lack of vitamin d3.

Best luck and hope you will recover soon. :)

  • Just finished 2 weeks of oil pulling 1x a day & my guttate psoriasis is 90% clear. Mine was WAY worse than this. To be honest, I also started juicing & changed my diet a week before but things didnt start clearing until I did the OPing. I also noticed my teeth/gums getting healthier & whiter & my sinus' cleared almost immediately & have stayed clear. (they havent been clear in 10 years!) What works for one doesnt always work for another but it works 4 me :) No drugs 4 me thank you very much!

  • sooo cute

  • Get a perscription of Betamethasone Dipropionate Ointment from your doctor, apply it on the affected area daily, especially after a shower/bath. ALWAYS!! ALWAYS!! OIL YOUR SKIN WITH VASELINE!! VASELINE will keep your body oiled and not dry out. I have bought all kinds of Rx meds & they didn't work long. Mom said, " use Vaseline on you skin." I haven't had ANY problems since. The skin is dry, keep it oiled all over, you WILL see a difference. 10+ yrs FREE & CLEAR!! If u itch, get Zyrtec.daily.

  • you could try a different oil...

  • Take fish oil pills from the health food store as well as omega 3's. STOP and LOOK at labels of the food you are eating. Anything that lists PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED OIL is the major cause for skin disorder. Pure Olive oil is a really good for you also.

  • Oil of oregano and olive leaf should help

  • So adorable. Keep up the awesome information

  • The whole thing about wearing the same shirt was ridiculous, who cares? Anywho, i agree with whoever said you were adorable! Especially when you were trying to show us your teeth!

  • @MegaOsol Thanks!

  • OWW, that looks painful (the one on your knee)

  • I had psoriasis on my knees for most of my life. I had started taking fish oil and later switched to krill oil. I'd been taking it for several years and noticed that my knees are soft and smooth. I'm not sure at what time point it cleared up since I only had a mild case and didn't really pay attention to it. Anyway, it's completely gone now.

  • You're using the wrong kind of oil- it needs to be "cold pressed" oil- looks like paste or the Crisco used for pie crusts. Use cold pressed coconut oil or sesame oil and try again. Good luck.

  • Omg I have the same thing as you and I use elocom lotion! I have it terribly at the meeting point of my head-neck and higher and if I dont use the stuff it spreads to my back and ears. Reply to this comment if you know any good tips pleaseeee!

  • @ythenamezezima I had success with Methotrexate injections for a while. Now I'm trying Enbrel injections.

  • @thatoneguyonline have you tried oil of oregano...it clears up a ton of stuff and a few people have used it to cure psoriasis - I use the gaia earth brand - got it on amazon

  • @ythenamezezima What about a Gluten Free diet? Have you been tested for Lyme? I was covered with hives and all kinds of rashes before going GF and getting on Lyme meds. Also - I use coconut oil for pulling and like it much better than the other oils I've tried.

  • @ythenamezezima omg !!! I am lol trying to help, buy eucerin , walmart has it , get the perfums free use spareingly ,no need to slather it on. also cures diaper rash and diaper burn, won't stain majority of materials,is not air-tight like vaselines that cause moisture/air barrier and worsens condition. cost effective use as needed 1 -2 or 3 times a day soon you will not need more than 1 -2 times every 3 days, kind product.olde Maine woodswoman here.

  • @bogwalkers I actually heard of buying eucerin on the vegiboards, I heard that the cream works excellent but the lotion stings. Thanks for a second opinion! I plan on buying it soon.

  • @ythenamezezima omg !!! I am lol trying to help, am trying to post Eucerin , walmart has it , get the perfums free use spareingly ,no need to slather it on. also cures diaper rash and diaper burn, won't stain majority of materials,is not air-tight like vaselines that cause moisture/air barrier and worsens condition. cost effective use as needed 1 -2 or 3 times a day soon you will not need more than 1 -2 times every 3 days, kind product.olde Maine woodswoman here. well I think I can post now?

  • @bogwalkers I did it !! ok the reason I know it works is because we are of olde ways and pire lanolin was what we had for here when we could purchase it, or we used the actual lards from our animals for various cures, lanolin pure is from the oils in sheep wools, but my 3 kids are all wool allergic but the Eucerin has never caused any allergic reaction, we used to live winters in -55 daily and wind chill of close to 70 or more below, we live on the Canadian border in the very tip of Maine .

  • @ythenamezezima I have psoriasis also and am finally getting relief. I am doing the oil pulling but the best thing to use is Organic Coconut oil. Raw Radiant Health has some great videos on both of these (oil pulling and psoriasis). Also, the Coconut oil on rubbed on the skin has natural enzymes in it that helps the psoriasis. Check out Natasha at Raw Radiant Health.

  • Your hair looks full and shiny, with plenty of body.

  • try using aloe vera, poor it over where you have psoriasis, and it helps. (not a miracle but it does help).

  • Np cuteness! ;)

  • sweet poster bro

  • Matt, you're soo adorable!

  • @xXxVib3xXx Thanks! lol

  • @thatoneguyonline Np Cuteness! ;)

  • Hey what draw me to this video was the fact that I have psoriasis and really bad acne. I'm trying to cleanse my body of stones but I'm not sure where to start and if those cleanses will work. What I learned from my exp. is autoimmunity is caused by the digestive tract. Basically you want to restore the nature flora in your gut. I drink kefir for digestive health and its been pretty good.

  • I think you're suposed to use coconutoil.. Ekstra virgin...

  • Dude you need Coconut oil Extra VIRGIN COCONUT OIL!!! save yourself and do some research on COCONUT OIL!!!!!!!!

  • I use coconut oil, I luv the Nutiva brand. I don't oil pull anymore, but I use it for just about everything else - including my skin.

  • @msi278 I did the oil pulling with olive oil. It pulled fungus together on my big toenail and it turned white and died. It grew out. Interesting. But vaccines and parasites are involved. Vaccines cause aluminum poisoning, making Candida grow out of control, into a fungal form most likely. I met a guy who broke out everywhere after a vaccine. A $16.77 parasite cleanse from Dr. Hulda Clark--onelifeusa and an herbal laxative and he cleared up entirely. Return to beer & carbs brought some back.

  • Hii man dont stop doing...... as this oil pulling is from ayurveda a medical science from india........its a natural science .............the beauty of ayurvrda is that it has 0 side effects and hits the root of the problem .........and hence it takes time but after say 6 months atleast do 1 ce or 2 times a day im sure yoour problem will go away as ayurveda is known for hitting the root and hence cures completely.....i know how ayurveda works as im from india and i follow ayurveda fully!!!!

  • Same shirt and same pimple.

  • I wish you had given it a little more time than 2 weeks. Hopefully you try it again for a longer time. :)

  • hi there -- cool video... i have heard of oil pulling and the best oils to use for oil pulling are coconut oil and sesame oil - organic/expeller pressed. To heal skin, note that skin cells are replaced every 30-90 days, so it may be that amount of time before you see sig, results on your skin. Maybe you are getting the oils mixed up with oil cleansing? OCM - oil cleanse uses sunflower and safflower with castor oil and that is excellent for skin issues like yours along with shea butter :) Bless!

  • @Ihmelaps1

    lol! :)

  • AWESOME!!! Thanks for the test. Did you ever find anything that works for you? I occasionally suffer from it (almost seasonal but not really). I suffer less often/severely while changing my diet (mostly veggies, some fruits, whole eggs, no refined products of any type, almost no meats even chicken); types of soaps are difficult; alternate skin oils and others(coconut, extra virgin olive oil, skin lotions); skin brushing (soft bristles). Love, Peace

    God bless

  • did he have the same shirt on or was it me ?

  • Try taking a highish dose of vitamin D3 (2000 IU to 5000 IU a day - must be D3). It helps psoriasis like nothing else!

  • dude, did you realize you were wearing the same shirt both times? LOL

  • I'm with everyone on using Virgin coconut oil ,also try soaking in Dead Sea salt

  • Please, please, please use VIRGIN COCONUT OIL. Use it on your scalp and on your skin. It will make a HUGE difference. It cleared my skin problems BIG TIME.

  • Regardless if people believe you. It's obvious that it just didn't work for you. Now the question,"does it work?", only applies to you, therefore, the real question should have been,"does it work for me?"

  • the psoriasis on the knee could've been your body doing it's own healing as usual, perhaps not attributed to the oil pulling at all?

And how did it affect your gums and teeth?

  • I actually have shower gel , shampoo and cream and it doesnt do shit for me...

  • you have really white teeth :L

  • it probably takes longer than two weeks to see serious healing... Coconut oil works the best in my opinion. Good luck to you!

  • your psoriasis will go away in a week if you start using EMU oil -I'm not kidding!!! Extra virgin coconut oil works well, also, but not like the emu oil will. Good luck...

  • haha classic 2:34

  • When will FDA forbid this awesome curemethod?

  • How's the psoriasis nowadays? I had it quite bad on my scalp. I had to burn it off with very strong shampoo. However since going onto a low fat raw diet it's gone. I don't even get dandruff. I haven't used shampoo or anything on my hair (other than water) in something like three years. Head and hair have never felt better.

  • Try using COCONUT OIL.

  • a lot of guys wear white t- shirts...! Its like a uniform..duh! I have like 20 of them...

Hey thanks for sharing! I did ur gallbladder cleanse.. I like the fact u dont leave anything out! Thanks

  • his sideburns are longer after two weeks and his hair is wet and or longer easy to see its not fake

  • You notice an improvement, albeit small, and you stop? You have to realize how natural cures work. You should have been totally cured in two weeks if you had had psoriasis for two weeks, but I doubt it's the case. Ppl that comment about your shirt don't notice the hair is a bit different. And what's up with being sorry for having a hairy back?

  • ...was it REALLY two weeks?? Kinda hard to believe when you say "it's been two weeks" and you're wearing the exact same thing...

But whatever. If you want the best results use coconut oil. It's not a myth, there's lots of people that have gotten results from it.

  • If one more person thinks this is fake because I happened to wear the same shirt I swear I'm going to disable the comments.

  • @thatoneguyonline your pants are different dont bother with the haters

  • @lubnaa LOL

  • @thatoneguyonline Press 7 then 8 to compare shirts! >XD

  • @thatoneguyonline lol thats the first thing i noticed

  • @renerdrat I have oil-pulled with coconut oil and seen results in less than a week. (I do not drink coffee or smoke). You must make sure to use EXTRA VIRGIN COCONUT OIL, that is COLD PRESSED, and it not treated with hexane (a chemical that extracts as much oil as possible). It should smell strongly of fragrant coconut when you open the jar. I highly recommend using EVCO while cooking and on hair, skin & nails. Matt - oil pull & even directly apply to your psoriasis. Peace & love!

  • Comment removed

  • @renerdrat do you drink the oil? Or just put it on your body?

  • @renerdrat Do you drink the oil or just use it on your sking?

  • First of all, you are supposed to brush your teeth first. What sense does it make to pull toxins out of your body when you haven't even pulled the plak out of your mouth. I have been oil pulling for 6 months. My teeth are so white that people stop me on the street to ask what I use. I have suffered with constant migraines since I was a child. I still have them but far less often and far less severe. My sinuses are fantastic. He needs to listen to the directions given to him.

  • I don't know anything for sure, but I think 'Extra Vrgin olive oil 'might be better. I had really dry skin. I conqured this from the inside out with better nutriction. ( I eat mostly raw, whole food. see Austin Wellness (Dr Vince Bellan.....)this will get you started, then seach for yourself). My skin is really good now. But geting back to vegitable oil, instead of rolling it around in your mouth an spiting, but it on your salid, Also I rub EV olive oil on my skin, acts as moisteriser.

  • Go to a skin specialist and get a recommendation to have solarium treatments. They aren't normal solariums they are uva and uvb. It will cure your psoriasis on your body, but unfortunately not your scalp. Good old head and shoulders for that.

  • @woweewooza Your information is wrong. Oil pulling works wonders for the skin. I've been pulling for nearly 2 years. The practice has changed my life. For the first few weeks, I pulled 3x a day. Then I eased in to once a day, and that's where I've stayed. I rinse with warm salt water. I use organic coconut oil, by the way.

  • @browngirl0272 sweetheart my information is correct as I had psoriasis and it was cured from these treatments you little monster.

  • oil pulling is only for your teeth and ur digestive system it wont help ur skin ur only supposed to do it in the morning once a day and u also need natural sea salt water to do it right and it again wont help ur skin so this trick is not ganna really help u out u shud do more research before you make this video it is an ancient Indian remedy learn about it

  • 2 weeks is a very short amount of time. why does everyone want a quick fix?

  • oops... fugot to tell u... neem oil is for xternal use...ONLY! ...apply neem oil xternally on ur Psoriasis sites...

  • Comment removed

  • wanna go natural... buddy... plz try neem oil , ur xperimenting anyway...this tym try neem oil its anti inflammatory... u can get neem oil in sum indian store... hope ur sites get better after that.

  • Hi I have psoriasis too. I keep almost cleared up by not eating near bedtime, at least 4 hours before, this also helped my allergies. If I do eat late, I notice immediately the next day because I will have allergies. And putting vit. E from the gel caps on the sores. I also take digestive enzymes. I know this works for me- because when I stop it flares up!

  • you might try water fast or lfrV/fruitarian some guy said he cured it lfrv. Low fat raw vegan..

  • How about taking zinc, omega 3 fish oil , and not consuming omega 6 vegetable oil in diet, oil pullung is ok. How about apple cider vinegar, is it connected to an infection? Your teeth look nice!

  • Try using "Organic Hemp Seed Oil" on psoriasis and oil pulling. Get some "Organic Hemp Seeds" and put them in your smoothie with "Organic Hemp Seed Oil". Need to cure psoriasis from the inside and outside. Hemp seed oil will help with this. Check out movie, Run from the Cure, with Rick Simpson on youtube, or google video. If Hemp oil can help cancer, tumors it can help with psoriasis, please try video experiment with this if still experimenting. Namaste'

  • I don't know about oilpulling but you will definitely see results with this:

    1) Get some 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide and epsom salt or sea salt.

    2) Throw 1/2 cup peroxide and 1/4 cup of salt in a tub full of warm water.

    3) Mix well and soak for at least 45 min.

Repeat every other day for as long as your skin condition lasts.

A whole bunch of stuff will come off your skin.

Don't do this at bed time or you'll have a hard time getting to sleep.

  • Hence, oil pulling takes time and doesnt work for everyone or everything.

  • Hi Matt :) Have you tried Goji berries? After about 5 months someone had reported their psoriasis was 95% better (it began healing after 2 1/2 months).

  • wat the hell u this vids crap the guy is still wearing the same shirt!!!!! and is in the same fricking spot

  • Read the comments, I'm not explaing the shirt thing again.

  • @thatoneguyonline he means at 3:09 you have one shirt on, and then at 3:28 which you said was 2 weeks later you were wearing the same button up shirt

  • I didn't think it was weird to wear a shirt twice in 2 weeks. I probably didn't realize, or care, that I wore that same shirt 2 weeks later.

  • Im thinking giving up cooked food would help the oil pulling?

  • Swishing with salt water afterwards is good.

  • Sounds like myth busted... Thanks for posting the experiment. Now, I too don't have to waste 14 hours of my life in the next two weeks and again become discouraged with what sounds like utter BS. Next thing you know, someone will try to talk us into drinking our own urine!?! Also, tea tree oil has had almost no effect. Lavender (diluted in a good carrier oil such as extravirgin olive) worked better, but still very little... I'd avoid T-Gel (prolonged use of cold tar causes cancer in humans).

  • LOL. I can't tell if you're being sarcastic.

    BTW, urine therapy already exists.

  • oil pulling is supposed to help you skin be healthier....it's not going to cure an autoimmune disease.

  • i have heard of borax clearing up skin problems and fungus...i dunno...im going to give it a whirl on myself because i have alopecia and on my dog...she has like these warts or something all over her body...so wish me luck...=] i hope that you find a natural alternative soon for you skin condition
