@ugniusz09 actually the signs could also be replaced by any other solid block. the reason why i've put them there is that you can reset the tower more easily because you can place the sandbloks behind the signs.

Sucks that I still can't find a no reset water toggle.

@tucense I've thought about all posssible mechanisms to toggle water and came to the conclusion its DEFINITLY IMPOSSIBLE to create a non reset water toggle. At least until notch implements a water valve in an update^^. So this is the best "aproximation" i could figure out. Be sure that it may be possible to create a tower thats easier to reset or can do more toggles with the same height.

@JL2579 Ive found one. It involves putting a sand block on a boat, it bounces up and down and through some sort of glitchy magic, when you have two water sources and some redstone meeting at the bouncing sand block, you can toggle it off, and toggle it to send rapid pulses of water out. It's very unreliable and weird and the pulses of water don't go far. There is a video of it but I can't remember the name.

It only possible if water/lava can flow through iron doors... hope the creater make that happen in the future..then my dungeon trap will be able to work. XD
