he is originally called Captain Marvel, but recently there has been legal issues over DC's right to use the name Marvel from Marvel Comics, so to settle the matter all comics with Captain Marvel now are refered to as Shazam comics, I am not fully sure if DC has even gone so far as to temp. rename the Hero Shazam but that may be why in the video game he is called Shazam. On a totally unrelated topic I noticed with my DC heroclix game my Captain Marvel clix (game token) was also Shazam

Why is shazam not at full strength? I dont get this, Shazam is powered by Magic with superman level strength. Yet in the game he can get hurt somehow. Mk magic cant overpower the wizard shazam, and why does superman not regenerate when fighting non-magical characters. The mk realm cant be that powerful as to overpower the gods. Wtf, wonderwoman/deathstroke has weapons split atoms and vibranium armor. It seems confusing:( maybe not cus its a tournament. and the graphics are spot on.

They do stand the same way! lol! No upperbody animation in the characters! They gonna have like 10 moves in the command list, Tekken has over 80 a character! There is no excuse for the Mk characters not to have some more moves cause this is a nextgen game. Boon is lazy as hell! Why is superman walking like he has something in his ass? why is superman slugging in battle? Mindless fighting! lol! Most of the characters has the same moves from previous MKs. At 3:02 its all off track man! Everyone say its early development but i know how Midway is on these things. They dont have a clue on the nice fightin engine, just like the visuals. They needed the Unreal engine to help improve the game and it still doesnt look nothing close to tekken 6 or Gears. It does look good but im looking at the combos and stiff animation. The character models are pretty much the same person with different clothes. All male models are the same height and female models.

2.The animation and gameplay looks every bit as stiff as the last 4 shit-tastic iterations of MK in 3D. VF1 and Tekken 1 look smoother than this crap.

3.Shitty balancing seems to be the norm once again, where the programmer are too stupid and/or lazy to actually spot potential infinites so instead they make every body move like molasses and give all moves an artificial cooldown time as a blanket method of cutting down on abusable shit that more competent developers would have spotted (I'm looking at you Armageddon).

4.I can only assume that we will get treated once again to roughly 1/5 the number of moves you get in other fighters.
