What is interesting is I am comparing building demolition to the 911 attacks...I know the weight of this building is different from that of 911. That said, we were told that the weight and heat caused collapse of the towers, however if that were true, how come this building did not continue to fall in on itself,,, Answer, excluding smoke and heat, which had little to do with 911 collapse, in this case the charges placed did not go off..unlike 911's thermite charges...

@nthomas87 I am a firefighter, and have seen a steel buildings go up in flames, due to high heat. The center cores of this building as well as the majority of outer cores still stood. The building was hit by a small airplane full of fuel as we found out later in a report that our chief made. It was about 20 stories or so, but housed some other kind of accelerant which we think was painting materials. This building burned was fully engulfed, yet the STEEL skeleton most of it remained.
